Our stay was excellent! Comfortable rooms, great food at the restaurant, nice gym, and wonderful staff. Denise S. delivered room service for us and was our server for breakfast one morning as well, she was so friendly and vibrant. We enjoyed talking to her during our visit. Give that girl a raise!

If your looking a great place to stay rooms are nice I sleep great here. Close to Universal studios. WB. Burbank downtown. Griffith park and Zoo. Walking distance to train and buses. Thank you Denise R for great customer service and the being the best host cannot wait to come back.

I stayed here for one night during a quick trip to Burbank and it was exactly what you would want after an annoying travel day: reliable and welcoming. After delays and cancelled flights, I walked into the lobby having never been there before. I know I can count on Hilton to be consistent, reliable and trustworthy. Not only that, the front desk attendant (Aiden) went above and beyond to make my day better. Such a welcome customer service approach - even if everything was fine before, he went out of his way to make it even better! I’ll definitely be back for my next trip.
