Pros: Adequate underground parking. Spacious lobby. Three elevators. Room and common areas were clean and updated. Mattresses were decent. The location is the best part. If you exit the hotel and turn right on San Fernando Blvd, you can walk to a Starbucks, a Walgreen's, Trader Joe's, Ikea and a very nice grocery store. If you exit and head left on San Fernando Blvd., you will find yourself in a very quaint downtown area with lots of trees and pretty much any kind of restaurant you can fathom. I don't think I have ever seen so many restaurants in such a compact area. The neighborhood is also very safe. It seems to be made of senior and veteran's housing (large apartments). You are in close proximity to the freeway, but far enough away not to get a lot of traffic noise. The airport is a short drive away. Also, we found hotel prices in the LA area to be shocking. They seemed to be $500 a night or got terrible reviews. This hotel is a bit less expensive, but is still quite nice. The price and location were the reasons we chose this property. Cons: As with all Hilton Garden Inns, there is no breakfast served, which we knew in advance. We were kind of shocked, though, by the price tag of the restaurant breakfast: $25 per person. I would recommend just walking to one of the many nearby coffee shops or grabbing something from the grocery store. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on that. Tip: If you are on a budget, walk or drive to Ikea for a ridiculously inexpensive meal. We would stay here again.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank started with a small service hiccup, but Denise Raya at the front desk turned it into a great experience. She responded quickly, took ownership, and resolved everything with professionalism and Hilton Honors points. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the hot tub and amenities were top-notch. Management later followed through completely, posting 60,000 Hilton Honors points to my account — a gesture that underscored the property’s commitment to genuine guest care. This hotel is clean, convenient, and — most importantly — stands by its guests. Kudos to Denise and the team for showing what true hospitality looks like.

Nice room, Bottles of water in room always welcome. Good quality shower, very clean. Nice to see Animal Friendly toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and i had an evening meal which was equally fine. Only downside was the room was not serviced during a two night stay.
