We stayed in a neighboring property last year and wish so much we had been able to stay. This property is far superior in every way. So clean and better maintained. The best part however was the customer service. I can’t remember when we last stayed somewhere where every employee was so helpful and polite. Even the housekeeping staff knocked quietly and when we were quite ready apologized and came back later. The front desk staff were all amazing but in particular Madison. She went out of her to help us make changes to our reservation with clarity and ease. Everyone was always so lovely! When we come back we will request to stay here again.

From the planning stages, to check in and check out, Simpson family members experienced kindness, and professionalism from all staff we encountered. Had the best experience at this Burbank HGI and all the staff were awesome. However, I would especially like to highlight one specific staff from Housekeeping-Karina. There was a mishap in our room that required a different level of service. Karina did an outstanding job in making sure the room was perfect. Thanks you, Karina. She is great ambassador for the hotel and hospitality staff in general.

Disappointing Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Burbank, Los Angeles I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, Los Angeles from July 12-15, in room 472. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially when it came to customer service. I’m aware that the hotel only cleans rooms every other day, but I made a special request to have my room cleaned on Sunday, July 14, rather than the scheduled Monday. This was confirmed by Madison via text message, so I felt assured that the request would be honored. However, when I returned to my room at around 6:30 PM, the housekeeper had not arrived. I promptly reached out to Denise, who was handling text communications, and was told that the housekeeper would arrive at 7:00 PM. To accommodate, I left my room and went to the business center at 6:50 PM to give the housekeeper time to work. When I returned to my room at 7:40 PM, I found that the housekeeper had never come. After several more communications, my room was never cleaned. It’s incredibly frustrating when a simple request like this is not fulfilled, especially after confirming it in advance. The lack of communication and follow-through left me feeling unvalued as a guest. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, my experience was a reminder that customer service at this hotel is lacking, and it has seriously impacted my perception of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. Would not recommend staying here if you value responsiveness and attention to detail.
