Overall great stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Did not rate as a 5 given the HORRIBLE blankets that were given for the pull out couch. We had 2 different ones and both felt like sandpaper. It’s like they were put in the dryer on a too high heat setting and it melted the fabric. My son went all week with just a sheet due to the poor quality. Hope they see this and correct for the next person. Other than that stay was fine with a lot of dining and shopping walkable distance.

Zero stars for this hotel!!! When I first arrived to this hotel, I tried to check in but my room wasn't ready yet. About 45 minutes later, the hotel representative told me my room was ready and able to check in. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. Although the towels and bedding were changed, it didn't smell clean. The following evening, around 3 am in the morning, the phone was ringing. We didn't pick up the phone because who would call at 3 am in the middle of the night??!! The following morning, around 8:30 am, there's a knock on the door and it was 2 maintenance guys telling me that the front desk has been trying to contact me. I never received a call from the front desk at all that morning or through out the entire stay!! So I contact the front desk and the lady said she was asking to confirm my first and last name. Her reason was that the front desk did not know who was staying in the room because their system was down when they checked me in on Friday!! WTF? So if the system was down, how was I able to get the room keys? It didn't make sense whatsoever. Then the lady said the front desk was trying to contact me yesterday. I told her front desk they called me at 3 AM in the morning!!! Mind you people are sleeping so why would the front desk call in the middle of the night??!! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!! So when i checked out, the front desk lady was trying to explain to me what happened but it didn't make the situation any better. I asked her why she didn't she call first before sending 2 maintenance guys to the room?? She said it was her fault for not calling first. Never staying at this unprofessional hotel ever again!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I am in LA and SFV area for business often. my recent trip was extended 2x and Madison was great in helping to assist with keeping my room and making the process easy. Great team at Burbank Hilton G.I. ! I always prefer to stay here over the other hotels in the area!

This location from arrival to departure was an amazing experience and I would recommend for anyone! The team was first class (thank you Maddi, Aiden, and Val) and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was amazing! The location was extremely clean, the room was perfect, and the parking (which is very important to me as a traveler) was easy and fast! I will definitely be back!
