Enjoy a restful night in guest rooms and suites equipped with Hilton Serenity Beds, a mini-refrigerator, Bluetooth alarm clock radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, LCD TV with premium channels, and a workstation. Flight was delayed but checked in on the app. The sold my room because I wasn't in it on time then wouldn't even refund me because it was a cancel. I was sitting in the lobby trying to get in my room when they told me no refund for a late cancel. It's small and dirty and there was a homeless man peeing on the wall when we pulled up please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I'm a Hilton Diamond member with 25+ years @ Hilton properties. Hilton Checkers Los Angeles is by far the worst Hilton property. Major issues with customer service and food. Only writing this review as the Supervisor, Zaira never followed up with the GM and therefore, I never received a call from the GM as requested by me. Reservation stay: July 18-20, 2025. Issues: 1) Rude front desk lady at check-in: - wife requested early check-in at 2:30pm; front desk lady said "just because the app says your room is ready, doesn't mean you will get it early". - "where is your husband"? My wife told her I was at the hospital and she said "your husband needs to be here for check-in". My wife was noted as an additional guest for the reservation. - front desk lady then decides to remove husband from the reservation (removed reservation from my Hilton app) Resulting in... - wife had to setup a HHONORS account to get wi-fi in the room - required husband to call for the receipt after the stay since husband was removed - required husband to call the Hilton Diamond desk to earn points (30 minute call) as they could not find a reservation under my Diamond number due to the front desk lady removing husband. 2) An empty hotel with terrible food and major customer service issues. Lastly, we stayed at the Conrad LA the days prior to checking in at Hilton Checkers LA. Let me tell you - the Conrad LA has impeccable service, food and rooms - always asking us about our stay and if they can make it better. A far cry from the dump down the hill (Hilton Checkers). I would rather stay at a Motel 6 than the lousy Hilton Checkers LA.

My recent stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Room was clean!! Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. Overall a very satisfying experience. The hotel's staff is really helpful and courteous.
