The hotel is pretty nice but the music is quite loud at all times. One elevator was down so it took time to move around the hotel. The hardest part was the condition of the showers. They were not cleaned at all and can use a repaint and deep steam to remove the mold..

Stayed he for 8 days was a wonderful experience as first time in miami hotel was clean rooms was big and clean no problem with that at all half way through our stay there was one lift not working what was annoying but cant help that stuff breaks down so luckily was out most of the time and coming back in the evening what was not to busy. Best thing about this hotel the beach and the staff there always welcomed you and helped you out what was very nice done a top job with all your needs and what a beautiful beach it was and another mention to Devon on reception he helped us out so much while we was there great part of the team will defo coke back in the future as it was a great ideal location for all you needs around miami thank you for a great stay

1.Only one lift worked. When we left with suitcases too heavy to take down 8 floors, had to wait 25mins for a lift with adequate space. 2.We ordered food at a table by the bar. We were told that what we wanted (chicken wings) could only be served to us if we sat on a stool at the bar itself. There was no room left at the bar. There were many empty tables next to the bar, but we were told we couldn’t sit there! 3.We wanted to rent a car for a day. Hotel staff said they couldn’t help, but it would be no problem: we just needed to go to Hertz next morning & no prior reservation was needed. When we did, we found that there were no cars available.They said we should have reserved in advance.

Im quite speechless at how indifferent the staff was to upset customers and the hotels shortcomings. Upon arrival, I was immediately met by only 1 working (and tiny) elevator in the lobby. In my colleagues wait for the elevator, he was told by another guest they had been stuck in it the day before for an hour and had to call 911 because they couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the hotel. Good start. Found the room to be nice and modern. Not spacious but not small. Balcony is a joke though. It’s so small you can’t even stand on it without still being in your room. Sleep was a because the remote to the fan in my room didn’t work and I was unable to turn it off. It’s directly above the bed so I had to turn up the heat to counter the cool breeze constantly coming down from the blades. Next was the morning shower. No hot water at all. Colleague had same issue - cold showers for both of us. Then I tried calling valet. But phone wouldn’t connect me. Went outside to the front - still nobody. So I then went to voice my complaints (about all of it) at the front desk and the woman just stared at me before saying valet was busy and would be out. Literally just said the shower, phone and fan didn’t work…and never even ask for a room number or name. Couldn’t have cared less. I then waited further for valet and still nothing. Went back in and was furious at the front desk. I’ll admit I used a single naughty word but apologized instantly saying I’m late to work because there’s no valet and she didn’t even appear to be trying to find him. Turned out the valet wasn’t doing anything. Just sitting in a break room off the main lobby. Adding to the elevator issues - the back 3rd elevator by the pool stalled on me one day after returning from work. Fortunately it slowly returned to the previous floor and I hit the open button to get out and walk. House keeping was sloppy as well. Didn’t put used hangers away, failed to take the garbage once and even left cleaning supplies behind. Here’s the kicker: I got a text during the stay asking me to rate my experience. Gave it a 1 out of 5. It then asked me if I would be available to talk about it and I told them “call any time”. Gabbie then responded she would call me shortly. As you can probably guess, I’m still waiting 2 days later. Will never step foot on this property again.
