"Sadly disappointing after previous very good visits."

We are familiar with this property having stayed several times. Somehow we missed any notification about renovations, although I did see that the pool would be done before our stay. We did get a very nice renovated room overlooking the lake. However, the noise of construction, whining power tools, etc . was heard right outside of the door. Also, we could not enjoy the pool for the same reason and the seating areas were still dirty from construction dust. Talking to the staff at the front desk was ridiculous. My husband asked for compensation and was told it was his responsibility to know about the construction. This is a lovely property and usually costs at least 60000 points. I used airline miles which equaled $227. Following up with customer service online was a joke I don't think a real person handled any of my emails. I felt as if I was in a repeating loop of stupidity! AI? They finally credited our Hilton account with 5000 points, although I haven't checked to see if the points posted. Shameful customer service.

"A perfect hotel for a visit to Baca Raton."

We chose this hotel for its location and generous room size. We did not expect the wonderful staff, breakfast and pool. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are lovely and have everything one needs. Shout out to our bartender and our breakfast chef. Front Desk Captains Paige and David handled every request. We appreciate you!

"Stay away from this hotel"

We got here at around 3pm and room wasn’t ready. Ok, we waited another hour in our car , asked if the room is ready , it still isn’t and check in is at 4pm? Talked to the receptionist Reika but to no avail, crappy looking hotel too, bad all around. Avoid

To be fair the hotel listing was upfront with the fact that there was construction going on, however I might suggest that this be made a bit clearer. Several entire floors (below the open floors were undergoing extensive renovations and it was dusty and LOUD). The room I was in was large, and updated but pretty devoid of any real personality. Also, there obviously were some quality control issues. Small things like blue painters tape on things, paint splotches on the floor, broken remotes just showed the changes had been rushed. The biggest issue I had however was the fact that after I checked in, the stay mysteriously disappeared from my Hilton App (which prevented me from using the WIFI). Whiles these weren't deal breakers it just shows this place needs to work on quality control. Also, several people attending the same conference remarked that their rooms (newly renovated as well) were very musty and they spoke to the hotel about it but didn't get much of a resolution.

Terrible just terrible. For 190 a night for this Hilton is a shame. What a run down Hotel. Room was nasty and not even cleaned. Patched holes in the walls coffee stains holes in the curtains. The smell was terrible. Also the Supervisor at the front is not a nice person at all. Very rude and condescending. Definitely not worth the stay.
