"Do Not Recommend Harrah's"

I'm writing this review to warn others considering a stay at Harrah's Las Vegas. My experience was defined by neglect, frustration, and a complete breakdown in customer service from start to finish. The problems started in the room. I was surprised to find there were no toiletries in the bathroom, a basic amenity for any hotel. Then, I discovered the coffee maker was broken—not just finicky, but completely dead with no power. This led to an infuriating 45-minute phone call with room service. I clearly and repeatedly explained that the machine would not turn on, but the agent on the other end was not listening. She just kept insisting I try to brew a K-cup. It was an incredibly frustrating conversation that felt like a waste of time. Eventually, she promised to send a maintenance person to our room. I waited for hours, but they never arrived. Why couldn't they have just sent someone to swap out the machine while I was out of the room for the day? This simple issue highlighted a massive flaw in their service operations. To top it all off, when I checked out, I found incorrectly charged me for the coffee on my folio. The rooms are mediocre at best, but the truly terrible part of this stay was the service. It was exhausting and disappointing. Save your money and your sanity, and book a different hotel on the Strip.

Never have I ever felt so unappreciated when checking into a hotel. Treated like cattle. If you want to check in early, it costs $50. Our 'mountain view' room is anything but. Looking at the building across the way. Our room was loocated near the elevators, which are extremely noisy, and the people getting on and off, even noisier. And vacuuming hallways at 630 a.m.? WTH!? No coffee supplied for the coffemaker in the room. No ice bag in the ice bucket. Will never come back. Treated like crap. The '44th floor' is the 4th floor. Stay away.

"Pool closed but still got charged Resort Fee"

Stayed at Harrah’s for a tech conference and my wife accompanied me. The casino reeked of cigarette smoke. While not unique to Harrah’s, it seemed particularly bad. We were charged $30 a day resort fee. Again, not unique but the pool was closed 2 days of our stay. When we questioned the fee for those days we were told that the pool was not part of the resort fee. So I guess the resort fee is just for free local calls and wifi ( 2 device limit). We upgraded room for view of the sphere for $20. It is a great view, however after one night you’ll conclude it is mostly a few very repetitive commercials and probably not worth it.
