"If I could give this property a ZERO I would - it was that gross!"

I honestly can’t think of a positive thing to say about our experience at this Hampton. The Super 8 has cleaner rooms and half the price. We requested a room on top floor through Hilton Honors at the time of reservation but did not receive and instead got the next highest floor (room 318). The front sitting area of the suite smelled very bad (like urine) and the sofa was completely stained to the point I had to request a sheet to cover it so we could sit on it. Then at 10:30pm the room above us had a bunch of kids running and jumping constantly! I called to complain and they said they would take care of it but 2 hours later it was still ongoing and even got worse. They have a sign that says “renovations” but I did not see any renovations happening just very gross hallway carpets with baseboards removed. I also witnessed another guest that had just checked in complain that their sink had a water leak all over the bathroom floor. I cancelled our full reservation and moved to Hilton Garden Inn by the mall which was sooo much better. I can not believe Hilton allows their brand on this establishment. It is the worst Hampton I have ever stayed. So gross!!!

We normally stay at Hampton Inn’s and Hilton should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel. They claim that they are doing renovations, we saw no evidence of this. This place should be closed and completely renovated. Hampton Inn will no longer be on our list of hotels to stay at.

I would not stay at this hotel again. We stayed here a couple years ago and it has really gone downhill since then. Desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast was the normal Hampton Inn, which is fine. Hotel was dirty and in disrepair. The hall carpets were filthy. Our room was fine, I guess, but we didn’t want to look too closely or we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. I also agree about the signage and driveway confusion. It caused me to drive over a curb and almost ruin my car. Don’t stay here until they complete the scheduled renovations. Supposed to be Spring 2025, but no sign yet.

This Hampton Inn definitely wasn't bad but a little below my expectations based on others I have stayed at. The room was clean but showed signs of needing a refresh such as peeling paint in the bathroom and a slightly dated feel to the room. This hotel was built at two different times and we stayed in the original older portion so the other wing that was added on may be a different story. Overall it wouldn't necessarily deter me from staying again but perhaps worth considering for others passing through.

I’m here now and it’s abysmal. Dirty, peeling wallpaper, loud people, filthy furniture. Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here. The carpets are disgustingly dirty. And there are ROACHES! Who wants to pay $200 to sleep in a roach filled hotel room?
