Expecting a typical good stay as we always use Hampton Inn. The room was dismal. Small double bed The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We had a little, and then decided to find a place to eat and pay. Part of the alure of Hampton Inns has always been their breakfast. We won't be back

This hotel near the Seattle Center is a great location to explore downtown. It's a short walk to the monorail, light rail, and #4 bus, so you don't need a car. The Museum of Pop Culture and Gates Discovery Center are just down the street. You can also walk to the waterfront. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the hot breakfast is good and convenient. Kudos to the friendly, helpful front desk staff who recommended restaurants nearby and offered a bag breakfast before an early ferry. The room was cleaned every day, too. A winner!

This hotel is a great location, the only thing wrong with this hotel is the so called breakfast, it is absolutely terrible, pre cooked, the omelettes soggy, I am not sure how a hotel attached to the Hilton brand can serve them. Cut up sausages, wow! Why? Maple syrup for the waffles, watered down, the manager at the time informed of this, no care factor at all. All the manger could say, that is how it arrives here. This does confirm the food is pre cooked before arriving at the hotel. If you want a hotel with breakfast, stay away from this hotel, again, how can this hotel be attached to the Hilton brand? Embarrassing!

We spent 4 nights here before our cruise in a two-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the Space Needle, the monorail, and several places to eat. Great location! They had a (pay) shuttle for us to the cruise terminal, and a hot breakfast every morning. The front desk was very helpful every time I stopped by, and I appreciated their kindness when we asked them to hold our luggage when we arrived on an early flight. BONUS - their coffee was great! Thanks so much.
