Typical Hampton Inn, clean and mostly up to date. Breakfast was average, coffee, juices, make your own waffles, some pastries, and smoked sausage, and eggs. Was surprised about the parking fee of $18 a night that is automatically added. Read online there is a wine tasting between 5-6!! Sounds perfect for a hotel in wine country!! Unfortunately only on Friday, too bad we were there Monday and Tuesday! One other glitch were the ants in my bed and his little friends around and in the tub!! I told the front desk and they did offer to move us (husband declined). They did offer an ice cream from the treat area instead, (I guess ants don’t like ice cream.) I thought they might want to come change the sheets (they only clean rooms every other day) but nope, here’s a frozen treat instead. We thought we’d left Napa behind us. but on our way to Sonoma I found one of the little hitchhikers on me!

We recently had a two-day company meeting for 25 people at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Napa. The staff managed everything in a smooth and easy manner that made my job as organizer stress free. Everyone was happy with the clean and comfortable rooms. The food that was provided for breakfast and lunch was tasty and was displayed nicely. They even wrote everyone’s names on the individual lunch boxes. A special thank you to Jimena for making the organization easy, but the whole staff was friendly and willing to help with extras/last-minute-needs when asked. We will have our meetings here again for sure!

From the front desk, the lady in glasses during the afternoon to night shift on August 18-20 to the lady attending to guests during breakfast, it was a blissful and restful stay. The only downside was that the customers of In-Shape Fitness utilized the parking spots designated for hotel guests. The hotel management should do something about this. Put a sign to all parking spots that the hotel has a right to use.

Reserved here for a nice Napa getaway and chose this Hampton Inn based on price, location, and availability. We kind of know what you're getting with Hampton Inns. We felt appreciated as a guest at check-in as they were cordial and attentive (and got our water). It was clean, near lots of restaurants (Movie theater too), parking lot well-lit and plenty of parking. Our room was nice, nothing huge and view of parking lot but fine otherwise. Bathroom and shower were fine and in very good condition. While it is in Napa, it gets one star off as it's not really in the wine country. You have to drive a bit to get to the vineyards and wineries and it is in a heavy shopping/restaurant area with a Target, Home Depot etc...While that is not bad, just does not have the romantic appeal of vineyards. As long as you know that it is a good value and can help you save money to enjoy other parts of Napa.
