Hosted an annual evening event celebrating the work of local non-profits this week and the staff could not have been more accommodating in the lead up, during, and after the event. Jimena, Melissa, and Morgan were supportive, communicative, enthusiastic, and generous to our guest and organizing team. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We had two rooms and paid the most ever for a Hampton Inn ($289/nt x 2 nts x 2 rooms). Our rooms (422 and 426) had a loud noise in the bathroom all day. Sounded like a really loud fan. The door to the bathroom was a slider and it was very hard for my wife to open. I cannot imagine how a child could open it. One of our beds was "squishy". Luckily, we had two beds, so we changed beds at midnight. The final straw was an $18 charge for parking! This hotel is in a shopping center. Parking was in a common area and we parked ourselves. We were not told that when we made our reservation or when we checked in (like we had a choice?). A cheap shot for a $1,100+ stay.

We used the Hampton Inn as the room block for our wedding. They did a great job and were well-liked by our guests who stayed there! We were able to expand the room block a few times as it became a very popular choice for our out-of-town guests. It has a good location that was 10 min from our wedding venue (Stanly Ranch) and also a close drive to downtown Napa. Would recommend it when looking to book for a large group without breaking the bank.
