Loved our stay here. While our room was a bit dated the views are spectacular and price reasonable. The best part however is the people working there.I want to especially commend Amy at the front desk,she treated us like we were old friends, cannot say enough good about her, but everyone is super friendly. Would stay here again definitely.

We were celebrating Mom's 94th Birthday and went to Myrtle Beach because she loves the ocean. Our stay started with John and Kylie at check-in who made an amazing stay possible! We had a beautiful suite with a grand ocean view. The room was commodious, comfortable and very clean. The staff responded to every request with speed and grace. We loved the community spaces and the restaurants. The complimentary breakfasts offered health, tasty choices. This is a people first - place. YES! We will return to THIS Hampton Inn for all future visits.

9 of us in line waiting to check in. Three guest service agents. One manager. Three couples at the desk screaming at the front desk about their rooms and service at this hotel. I waited 15 minutes while this went on. There were no rooms clean. People hated the room they were given. This felt like a horror film. Someone was gonna throw punches and I left. I'd steer clear of this disaster of a hotel. I moved to another that was calmer and quieter and friendlier and kinder. It's a tough position to be in for everyone: for the agents it's stressful; for those checking in and moving rooms it's vital to be happy; for the rest of us it's horrible to witness. It's training every front desk employee has to have. It's part managing expectations, finding what the guest wants (an early check-in into any room or a wait for a room they may love.

Terrible. Rooms do not look as pictured. When I called before booking staff said the rooms were all renovated 2 years ago. Carpet in room was tore and ripped significantly. Smelled. Grout stained. Need a luggage cart….good luck finding one and you can only use it where you check in. Oh and parking…you are given a QR code at check in and told to scan to activate your parking pass. They leave out the park that it costs $30 a day. Also was met with loud barking dogs while walking to room. Will never stay here again and definitely not what I thought it would be with the backing of a Hilton name. Save yourself and stay somewhere else.
