First of all, this review could very well be a 5/5, but the staff really didn’t care to do anything to solve my issue. We stayed here in August of 2025. Another review said that the toilets clog very easily and sure enough my kid clogged up the toilet. I told the front desk around 5 pm and they said they would send someone up with a plunger. I left the home and came back about 8:30 pm and nobody had done anything. I called the front desk and they requested I come to the front desk. I went down there and they said they didn’t have a plunger anywhere and they would notify the night guy. I assumed this mean they were notifying a maintenance guy who was coming in later. Don’t know why they had to summon me to the lobby instead of just telling me on the phone. Around 11:30 pm, they still had not done anything. I went to the front desk and a new person was working the desk, the “night guy”. He was nice and apologized, but said he doesn’t even work at this hotel and was just filling in. He said the hotel could not find a plunger and he didn’t have my room number to tell me. So apparently the day shift didn’t pass along any information. And how does a large hole not have a plunger? I told the night guy that I can’t have a room without a working toilet and they could give me a new room if they could accommodate. He said they had no rooms, which is incorrect because multiple rooms were still showing available online. I told the front desk if they had simply told me earlier they had no intention of helping, I would have just went to Walmart and bought a freaking plunger. In the night shift guys defense, I walked by his desk later and he said he was still trying to help me. At this point, my wife had just gotten the toilet unclogged. Apathetic day shift staff. Ridiculous. I guess they just expected me to not have a working toilet. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel. They need to get thru staff in order.

Zero stars. Do not recommend. Our vehicle was vandalized in the hotel parking lot along with several others over the weekend. The hotel staff was not very hospitable to the situation and only offered a form to file an incident report. The hotel claims to have cameras but do not guarantee monitoring. The local police told us to file a report online. Considering this happened multiple days in a row to several other vehicles as well, this area is a heavy target for crime. Do your research and book a different hotel. Do not stay here.

I would not recommend staying at this location. Our truck window was smashed in the parking lot as were many others. Apparently it happens often in this area. This was a last minute trip and I wish we would have reviews before booking.

The air conditioning in the first room we were given was broken. The second room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink was completely bare-no soap, lotion, etc. Mold in the shower. Old tiles. The bottles of soap and shampoo in our friend's shower were empty.

⭐ 1 Star – I wish I could give zero. Stayed May 10–11. Our week-old truck was broken into overnight. Window smashed, everything stolen. And we weren’t alone—multiple vehicles were hit in the same parking lot. Here’s the worst part: the General Manager could not care less. No concern, no support, not even basic decency. It's been weeks, and our brand-new truck is still in the shop, and we’ve gotten absolutely nothing from the hotel. At this point, it honestly feels like the management is part of the problem, not the solution. If you value your vehicle, your belongings, and your sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE!
