The air conditioning in the first room we were given was broken. The second room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink was completely bare-no soap, lotion, etc. Mold in the shower. Old tiles. The bottles of soap and shampoo in our friend's shower were empty.

⭐ 1 Star – I wish I could give zero. Stayed May 10–11. Our week-old truck was broken into overnight. Window smashed, everything stolen. And we weren’t alone—multiple vehicles were hit in the same parking lot. Here’s the worst part: the General Manager could not care less. No concern, no support, not even basic decency. It's been weeks, and our brand-new truck is still in the shop, and we’ve gotten absolutely nothing from the hotel. At this point, it honestly feels like the management is part of the problem, not the solution. If you value your vehicle, your belongings, and your sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Arrived for a funeral visitation. Receptionist at fron desk were great! Lobby and waiting are/seating was laid out nice. Coffee station was great but trash containers were overflowing, very bad look! Free breakfast was ok, but could use a damp mop occasionally, with juices, coffee, pancake syrup dripping on the floor.

Car was broken into!! Along with multiple other cars !! Manger refused to come in to help feel very unsafe .. general manager Holly Häag refused to come in taking a silk day front desk person said after she told her what was going on. Very poor costumer service and very unsafe . Front desk also said this happens alot there so beware before u stay at this hotel!!

CAR BREAK INS!!!!!!!!! CAR BREAK INS!!!!!!!! I live in Columbus and my parents stayed at this hotel over the weekend. My parents' truck was broken into, along with several other cars on Saturday night. We were informed by other hotel guests that their cars had been broken into on Friday night as well. The cops were called on Friday and did not show up until Saturday. Of course there was nothing the cops could do. The hotel staff told my parents that there are no cameras, despite signs being hung up in the parking lot that there are cameras. Car break ins are far too common in Easton for the hotel to not be protecting its guests.
