This hotel is wonderful! It is clean. The staff is great. They are friendly and very helpful. When we checked in, they gave us a bag with water, a map of the area and a booklet on Savannah. The breakfast was good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Very close to the City Market and of course almost on the River. We faced Bay street and luckily I had my sound machine because it was noisy. Breakfast on day 1 was great but the next day not so much. The room was very clean and well appointed but the toilet had a weak flush. The pool area was also very well kept. The only issue was the valet. It took 20-30 minutes to get our car each time we needed it. They worked their tails off but it was a hot mess. The staff we encountered from the front desk, breakfast lady and the concierge were very friendly and pleasant and you could tell they liked their jobs. We would consider staying here again next time in Savannah.

Great people great location. Roberto at the Valet station was excellent. Memorial Day weekend 85 and sunny. Rooftop pool, oysters at the commons for happy hour. Dinner at the pink house with beer in 1771 tavern. The place has a vibe like New Orleans.

Hotel was nice, staff was nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back. The valet was exceptional especially Roberto and Eugene. Most fun I’ve had in a while, 10/10 would recommend. Me and my family will be back next year and book for the same experience.

Perfect location for the Memorial Day weekend. Location is within steps of all attractions and dining. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Excellent service especially with the valet team. Roberto and Terrance were friendly and extremely helpful.
