All the staff was super friendly like David Williams helping with our parking and helping us load our bags!! The breakfast is powdered eggs but other than that rooms were super clean!! staff was super helpful and polite!! There's even a pool on the roof I would definitely recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. Hotel is in a great location. Valet parked and didn't move the car until we left. Staff was all very friendly, Marty (I think) was the concierge and helped us book the Trolly Tour and a Sunset Cruise, she was great! Room was clean, bed was ok, breakfast was typical, loved the waffles. Was disappointed that we ended up in a 'Pet Room' tho - there was a 'pet at play' tag left on the inside of the door...the 'perfurmes' they spray initally hid the dog odor, and when we got back to the room after dinner you could smell the 'musty dog smell'... One would think there would be an option to request a "No Pet' room...??? for us people with allergies... It wasn't horrible and we didn't complain but be aware they do accept pets....

We had an emergency mid-morning emergency alarm, with the fire department arriving shortly after. The Manager, Teresa, was superb in handling the situation in a very calm manner. Steady nerves, professional, and absolutely reassuring to the guests. Service levels vary across different hotel chains, but Safety of guests is an element that hotels should always get right, all the time. In this case, my family was glad to have Teresa amidst the event. Kudos!

A shower needing scrubbing and recaulking, worn furniture, a clattering PTAC unit, thin walls, and windows that inadequately muffle Bay Street noise even on a high floor made for wearying stay. These things, at an average over $300/night plus $45/day valet parking add up to hotel that I cannot return to.

Elavain was the best!!!!!!! He was always there, always helpful. Each day he was the only person helping, and he did it with a smile. I think he was the only person working and he just did a awesome job.He was just happy to work happy to help, and answer any questions we had.
