"Horrible rather sleep in my own vehicle"

Absolutely the worse hotel I’ve stayed here for a week for work and they would mess the rooms up have random people walk in the rooms at night. Send you in rooms with people in them because they doubled book. Put you in a new room and tell you it’s a clean/new and it would have the tv on and the bed would be messed up would never stay here again. The people working at the front desk have no ideal what they are doing. And if you do stay lock all the locks there’s a good chances of somebody walking in your room

We're always happy to find a Hampton Inn that accepts large breed dogs. This one welcomed our 106 pound doberman. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not encounter any issues during our stay.

we stayed at this location with our small pet the staff was great, the room was nice and very comfortable, they do have a coffee maker and a microwave the parking is free this hotel is very clean, and the outside is well taken care of they have an area to take your dog, fitness room and a laundry room, we would definitely stay here again it's a short drive to ac and many restaurants in the area.

"Unkempt and poor customer service"

There is a lack of focus on cleanliness and customer service based on my overnight stay. When I brought up the issues below during check out, I was provided an email but over the course of several follow-up's, I was ignored. Makes their "100% Hampton Guarantee" pretty much lip service and disappointing for someone who has placed their loyalty with Hilton. I found hairs in the bed and bathroom. I have gray short hair and you can see from pictures, these are not mine. During breakfast, the trash was overflowing, and I saw it emptied only after service ended. The food was decent and I've always appreciated the complimentary breakfast at Hampton Inn. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and bubbling. I arrived after hours so the front door required a room card to get in. Since I hadn't checked in yet, I buzzed for 10 minutes without answer and was left waiting outside for a total of 20 minutes when I just wanted to get into bed. When I was finally let into the lobby, the front desk attendant didn't apologize for the wait nor acknowledge my Honors Gold status. My room was quiet and well temperatured. The parking lot was brightly lit and had plenty of spaces within short walk of the entrances.

"Great Value for location and proximity to beaches"

We were there for a few days around July 4th. I thought the staff was excellent. We asked for our beds to be changed and fresh towels after the first night and they happily obliged. The breakfast quality has more to do than the other guests than the location. We were there at a very busy time. They kept putting out fresh fruit and people jumped on it. The hotel is being renovated which didn't bother us, but it's not noted anywhere when we booked either.
