"Great find in Lake George near the Village."

Two couples, (my wife & I, and her sister & sister's boyfriend) stayed 1 night at this clean, well appointed Hampton Inn. We're from MA & they're from NH....The four of us met up here, 3 hours from our respective homes, to enjoy the Lake George NY area together on Tuesday and then all be well rested to take part in a 20 mile railbike adventure on a 4 person railbike the following morning in North Creek NY, about 40 minutes away. Kristen (hope I have her name right), checked us in. We were greeted warmly, received a nice Diamond upgrades to adjoining suites, and she helped us out greatly with fabulous suggestions for lunch & dinner, providing a list of all restaurants in the area in order of their proximity to the hotel, menus, and recommendations based on her personal experience. We went out to lunch after showing our bags at the desk and she gave us a call when our suites were ready. We loved the friendliness of everyone on the staff that we encountered, found the grounds, indoor public spaces, and our private accommodations all bright & well kept up. I thought the quality of the breakfast was especially good. It was the same buffet menu as other Hampton Inns, but everything seemed fresh and given proper attention. The scrambled eggs were not all wet & runny...the keilbasa wasn't dried out...nothing looked like it had been sitting out. All in all, I would choose to book here again, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Very welcoming lobby with coffee and tea to greet you. The staff was very nice, even when somebody came to room to show me how to use the TV remote! Clean rooms, lots of towels, and the breakfast is unbelievable. Hot eggs, potatoes, toast, oatmeal, waffles. Cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins. Lots of hot, fresh coffee and a kitchen staff reay to please you. Fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. The grounds feature outdoor tables & chairs with a firepit. I'll definitely come back to this excellent hotel!

Hampton Inns always have a Business Center. But not this one. I needed a printer and other equipment that Hampton Inns in other locations always have. The Business Center was eliminated , I was told by the clerk at the Front Desk. Very inconvenient. I changed hotels.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT Had to leave one day earlier than planned because of an EMERGENCY AT HOME. THE MANAGEMENT TOLD ME “TOO BAD” . I HAD LEFT AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THAT NIGHT !! AVOID THIS HOTEL !! I’m sure the hotel re-sold the room that I was in. So they were paid twice !

A one night stay on our way to a 2nd destination… great value for a very clean and comfortable property Front desk staff all super friendly Knowledgable and welcoming Room very spacious for economy accommodations Fluffy pillows & very comfortable beds A spotless clean bathroom with all modern updates Full and ample breakfast with hot and cold choices Good coffee all day Cozy lobby with fireplace Very spacious breakfast room Down the road from Lake George Village and easy on & off the NY State Thruway We stayed here once in the past and will certainly stay again
