We used Tripster to book the hotel and the Dino museum in Branson so we got a pretty good deal for the room. They were very considerate of my husband being handicapped and gave us a great room for him that was very accessible. The pools were fun even though there was a football team there getting kind of crazy. Breakfast was typical of a hotel, but the pancake machine was cute and the kids loved it.

Nice accommodations but was placed in the seconded building with no access to the indoor pool and spa except through a hall entrance which we had to drive to. They need key access into the pool area. Cleaning staff were very nice. Breakfast needs a bit of buffing up, day old biscuits and watered down gravy was terrible. Where are the scrambled eggs? We did like the pancake machine.

Check in went smoothly, Craig was amazing however we had to switch rooms late at night because of a burn smell in our room then the new rooms TV wouldnt work. we overlooked these inconveniences and just chocked it up as bad luck. The next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and it was awful. The biscuits were dry, the gravy was like water and the worker there was extremely rude. We wont be back.

It was a nice hotel! The staff at check in were super friendly. The only complaint is not knowing there were two buildings so we had to drive to the main building to swim the indoor pool. The breakfast in the second building wasn’t that great. Not enough options.

"Worst night in motel we ever spent!"

We were put on first floor by the elevator. The elevator went up and down all night long. We stuffed kleenex in our ears and put head between pillows and still could not get to sleep for the noise. Front desk would not move us to another room although they had rooms available. We did not get one wink of sleep! It was the worst night in a motel that we have ever had! Will never stay here again - there are too many nicer and less expensive motels in Branson.
