From the minute we walked into the hotel we loved it! Rosa J was a pleasure at check in and gave us a great room with a view of the ocean! We spent lots of time at the beach in the comfy lounge chairs. Hotel was clean, spacious room with 2 bathrooms!!!

Great location, right on the beach with easy access to the water and a nice, walkable area nearby. The hotel interior is beautiful and modern, and I really enjoyed the large balcony with an ocean view — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the property. My shower tub was leaking the entire time, and even though I asked them to fix it every single day, it was never done. The hotel assigns a “virtual assistant” for each guest, but honestly, it’s not reliable — messages often go unanswered or don’t lead to any results. The bathroom products (soap, shower gel, shampoo) were also low quality, which felt out of place for a hotel in this price range. Housekeeping only comes once a day in the morning, so if you miss that window, you’re out of luck. Overall, it’s a great spot with beautiful views, but the maintenance and guest support need improvement.
