Have stayed here 3 times this year, but this last time will be the last time. The first few stays were fine, a clean room and quiet. This last time, they supposedly upgraded us to a better room in the Carson tower, but we immediately noticed the sludge in the sink and dirty tub. So, really not a big deal, as long as they changed our room. The guy at the service desk said he was going upgrade our room again, closer to the casino area. And they gave us $75 comp money for restaurants. That I thought was a fair deal. Sooo, we move to room 1503, close to the casino. Really the only upgrade is no bulkheads and updated bath. The big negative was the music from the strip. Not good if you can hear well. But the big kicker was when I checked out, they wanted to charge me for an upgraded room at approx $140. I attempted to dispute the issue to the first staff and they said the manager declined our request. I then spoke with the manager, showing pictures that I'm posting, and finally they decided to not charge us. But I realized this casino will attempt to get money any way they can, even by deceiving their own customers. So no I will not be back again.

Cup rings on almost every surface, crumbs all around the dressing table area, thick dust on the lamps and window cill I wrote my name in it behind the TV. Thats after additional cleaning. Complained to front desk and to House Keeping they just said that they would look into it.

Awful, run down, rooms have broken furniture stains and scuffs. My bathroom had poor drainage so bath filled with water whenever I had a shower. No coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were the only thing that made the place decent. Even places like the inhouse Starbucks and Cick-Fil-A charge more than their main street/mall branches. We were charged a resort fee when there was NO resort to use.

The service is good, but the room quality is lacking. Tub looks dirty, the reading light does not work. When you want more lighting in the room, it is very limited. Room seems dark and dated. Apparently the room service seems to be overwhelmed, and didn’t even make our bed. They gave us more towels, but that is it. Wall paper is peeling in areas too.
