I have stayed at several Four Seasons Hotels but this one might have had the best customer service of all of them! The staff was some of the friendliest we had ever seen. That's not a knock against the other four seasons properties we stayed at but this one went above and beyond their usual above and beyond. The property itself was perfect. We happened to be there when they were doing some press for a few Big movies so it was cool to see some of that Hollywood experience you hear about. Some people who really shined were Mike -Valet - took time to welcome us and explain a few things to make our stay even better Yesenia- Front desk super helpful and super nice very informative Danny -Bellman really told us alot about the Hotel and how to enhance our stay. But the star of the show was Jonathan P in Security. Super friendly and knowledgable. Employee of the Month if it were up to me. This is one of those people that you could see do any job at Four seasons and be the best at it. Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay! We normally stay at the Westlake or Beverly Wilshire property when we are in town but this is our new favorite Four Seasons!

This is truly one of the worst luxury hotels I have ever stayed at. I have been lucky enough to stay at most luxury hotels in LA and most of the main groups globally and I can say regrettable this is by far the worst of any.

Dear Four Seasons Beverly Hills Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of one of your staff members, specifically Mr. Bill, who currently serves as the Service Manager at your Beverly Hills location. During my recent visit to your hotel, I encountered behavior from Mr. Bill that was both unprofessional and deeply unsettling. His manner was condescending and provocative, and he displayed a clear lack of courtesy not only toward me but also toward other guests. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful—completely inconsistent with the standards of hospitality I have come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. Most troubling, however, was Mr. Bill’s discriminatory behavior. His actions and tone suggested bias and prejudice, which made me and others feel extremely uncomfortable. In a diverse and inclusive environment such as the Four Seasons, such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and conduct a thorough review of Mr. Bill’s behavior. As a loyal guest and someone who holds the Four Seasons in high regard, I believe it is important that all employees, especially those in leadership positions, uphold the values of respect, professionalism, and equality. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be taken to address this issue.

Since this is a Four Seasons, it's exactly as good as you imagine. Our check-in experience was great, the team got champagne for my wife and I, and gave our daughters goodie bags. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which is perfect for a family. The kids slept on a pull-out sofa, and had their own bathroom. In-room dining was excellent, if pricey. We'll stay here again.

I went for a convention. Food, service and drinks were perfect as usual. However, I have one concern. While we were in a tent having food and drink, it was announced the President was going to speak. Since we all had drinks and plates of food, it would have been difficult to take these items back to our room without spilling. We asked about watching in the bar on the first floor and was told “no.” That the hotel was a “neutral space” and the bar was a party spot. This was the President of the United States who was going to speak about a matter of national security that affected the entire world, and was only going to take a few minutes. Heavens if the beloved sports on the tv was interrupted for a few minutes. This is a rare event, and I will think twice about going back to one of their hotels.
