Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages and facials. Before a night out at the casino, the 2 outdoor swimming pools are a perfect way to relax and recharge. Additional features at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, gift shops/newsstands, and a hair salon.

Enjoy a meal at a restaurant or stay in and take advantage of the resort's 24-hour room service. Relax with a refreshing drink from a bar/lounge or one of the 2 poolside bars.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $44.95 per accommodation, per night will be collected upon arrival. This includes high-speed WiFi for two devices per room per day, fitness center access for two daily, and all local calls.

Was given wrong room, had to go next day for the room i paid for. There was no compensation, apology or at least free parking for their mistake. New room given still have trash items lying around, shower had no curtain, only 1 towel for 3 of us. Overall not the experience i expected.

Horrible hospitality and customer service. Plan ed for the trip with high expectations all the way from England. We arrived earlier than check in time as we travelled from New York today. Flight was delayed and hectic. When we requested early check in, they mentioned $45 extra. After waiting to not pay, baby got violently ill. They showed zero empathy or help. Could not find a baby room to save our lives. Offered to pay the extra for early check in fee but was said ROOM STILL WAS NOT Ready. Then they offered a similar room with extra charges on top of the early check in fee. I have never faced such atrocious hostility in the form of customer service. Hotels aren’t just about rooms. It’s hospitality. Not hostility in the form of customer care. The express machine was not working which is supposed to pop out key after electronic check in. The. Had to queue up for ages to see an agent to do a manual check in with a sick baby with drenched clothes. Just feel like being taken advantage of our vulnerability and circumstances. After all that ended up with a substandard room with adjoining doors with another room and no privacy or view. Feel scammed.

Disappointed with our rooms not replenished and was charged more than was offered on line. Rooms not ready after early check in was charged,,,Paid more for view,/rooms upgrade fee but view not the strip view as was told. Mupti fees were charged but not delivered.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which was surprisingly large and perfect for a family holiday with four adults and two small children. The space exceeded expectations. However, apart from a single-cup drip coffee maker, four paper cups and a mini fridge, there were absolutely no amenities — including no towel racks. We requested a microwave but they didn't have one. You have to bring everything you might need, including (for us) a kettle, French press coffee maker and milk frother. Also, rules are very strict about pool access. No metal water bottles, no snacks, limited places you could put your towels. (The Go pools were still closed for renovations so everyone had to use the family pool.) Everything is geared towards making you spending as much money as possible. As well, with rooms facing the Strip (fabulous view of the city and mountains), noise from nearby nightclub was loud until wee hours of the morning during the weekend.

Very nice stay overall (might need some minor improvements) and a perfect location. Plenty of entertainment, food, gambling options on property or nearby. RuPaul's Drag Show was fantastic! Have stayed here before and I would stay again.
