Great service. Staff at all levels were attentive and personable. This is our second time staying here. Will definitely return. Our room was very good. Club lounge was well decorated. Comfortable. Food/snack was available all day. Food selection was limited but certainly adequate, quality and quantity.

My partner and I spent Memorial Day weekend not at the beach, but at the most luxurious, dazzling 5 star hotel in LA: The Fairmont Century Plaza! We were so impressed by Bo Hannum in Guest Services whose attention to every detail made us feel like royalty. The room? Pure bliss. Spacious, stylish, and equipped with every imaginable amenity, not to mention the dazzling views from the 9th floor. Shout out to Jose and Jack for such a warm welcome and for guiding me to the rooftop pool, an exquisite lunch at Lumiere and complimentary snacks and champagne at the Fairmont Gold indoor/outdoor sanctuary. We are already planning our next visit!

"Amazing 40 year anniversary stay"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

A recent stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by Jatin at the Fairmont Gold check in and he gave us a beautiful sunset view room. The room was clean, spacious and the view spectacular. After settling in, we made our way to the Gold Lounge where, once again we were greeted and welcomed by Jatin. As we explored the snack options, we met Beatriz, who welcomed us and offered us a complimentary drink. Both Beatriz and Jatin took time to chat with us. We felt very much at home and each time we entered the lounge we experienced a warm welcome from all staff. When they found out we were celebrating a milestone anniversary, both Jatin and Beatriz wished us a Happy anniversary. In short, they were very friendly and took time to chat with us. During our stay, we experienced very friendly and accommodating staff! The Concierge, Abram was wonderful. He arranged the Tour du Jour for us. This was an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Frank was the best. Frank showed us all the sights and gave us much information about the city, areas and people. The tour was well worth the money. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

"Todd, Bella & Jatin Made This More Than a Stay – They Made It Family"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed May 22, 2025 NEW
We first stayed at Fairmont Century Plaza in June 2024, and it instantly became more than just a hotel—it became a place we knew we’d return to. So when it came time to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday in April 2025, there was no hesitation. We came back, and somehow, the experience was even better. Before we even arrived, Jatin reached out to ask about the purpose of our trip and how the Gold team could help make it special. That kind of thoughtful outreach is rare—and it didn’t stop there. Jatin, Todd, and Bella from the Fairmont gold team all took the time to get to know us, offer personalized recommendations, and even put together itinerary ideas for our side trip to San Diego. Every detail felt like it was handled with care and sincerity. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with thoughtful touches that meant the world to our family: personalized teddy bears for both of our kids, a beautiful birthday cake for my wife, and even separate cookies just for the little ones. These details weren’t just appreciated—they were remembered. Bella has a gift when it comes to connecting with families. Back in June, my wife had been craving spicy Mexican candy, and Bella actually tracked down a few local shops to help find it—something so small but incredibly personal. Nearly a year later, she still remembered our daughter (who was only four at the time) and welcomed her by name, complete with a surprise from her famous drawer of goodies. That’s not something you forget. Todd and Jatin were also incredible with both me and the kids. Todd especially stood out—he didn’t just provide excellent service; he shared stories and wisdom from his career, taking the time to just talk about life. In today’s world, that kind of genuine connection is rare and truly appreciated. Those conversations meant a lot to me. The Gold Lounge experience is still, without a doubt, the best I’ve encountered—surpassing even other top-tier brands like the Ritz. The food, the ambiance, the service—it’s a masterclass in hospitality. The Le Labo amenities are another favorite of ours. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, and I’d easily rank these as the best in the business right now and ofcourse Le Labo's santal comes in a close second place. Todd also inspired us to explore other Fairmont's—and in his honor (and because of the warm embrace of the entire Gold team), we’ve decided to continue our journey with Fairmont by heading to Maui this July. Honestly, after these visits, I don’t even look at MB or Hyatt properties anymore. My first instinct—whether it’s for business or personal travel—is to check Fairmont or ALL Accor and see where the next memorable stay can be. Fairmont Century Plaza set a new standard for what hospitality can be. The warmth, the attention to detail, and the way this team made us feel—those are things that stay with you. We’re already counting down to our next visit.... I cannot recommend this particular location enough and I will always always push my friends and families to experience Fairmont gold.
