This is a great hotel! We stay here each time we are in Orlando to visit Walt Disney World. All the front desk personnel are professional and ready to give great guest service. Veronica is the front desk manager along with Angela, Carmen, Anaya, Oliver and Brian. Breakfast is great. You will find many choices of foods, and Luidmilla, Mammo, Sylvia and Fedor keep the breakfast room stocked and clean. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks and free parking if you park your car at the hotel. There are many restaurants close by and a grocery store just 2 blocks away. I highly recommend this Fairfield Marriott.

I booked this stay at the very last minute, like as I was pulling into the hotel. To my surprise, the room was ready as soon as I arrived! The lobby was clean and the staff were very nice. My room was without a doubt FANTASTIC! In true Marriott fashion, the bed was comfy, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was AMAZING. The food was sooo good. For $100/night I was more than happy with everything. The free shuttle to the parks and outlets was an added bonus I didn't even know about til i got into the hotel. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed as a Bonvoy Marriott member. The hotel rooms stink like wet dog and the hotel is dated. I requested a ground-floor room a week in advance and checked in online that morning. When I showed up to get my key, they provided a room on the ground floor. The room had an awful smell as soon as you opened the door, like wet dog. I requested another room. Nothing else was available on the ground floor. I moved up to the second floor, and again the room smelled. The room is small, with a view of a roof covered in black tar, and the air conditioner was loud, waking me up every time it clicked on and off. As a member of Bonvoy, where is the upgrade? It appears on my elite membership. Not at this hotel. My suggestion is to look at all the reviews and make a decision not to stay at this hotel. You will not enjoy your vacation.

The best things about this hotel are the price and that it is located very close to Disneyworld. It is pretty close to the Universal parks as well. A random thing I like about this hotel is the use of color in the rooms. I love the aqua blue paint on the back walls! It is cheerful! These days, most other hotels are dull gray and beige tones. The complementary breakfast is decent and has all of your basics (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, etc.). The "Mickey" waffle station was a fun surprise! Here are some negatives of this hotel. -Rooms have a musty smell -Old Tub/Shower Combo (I prefer a walk-in shower) -Beds are a little too hard although I have experienced worse Overall, not the best hotel but it is not bad.

Outstanding location for a trip to central Florida whether for theme parks or sports. Housekeeping friendly and professional, complimentary breakfast is OK for a few days but not a three week trip. Gym is perfectly serviceable. Let down by a water leak that resulted in a change of hotel on the last day (although change was smooth).
