"Another Amazing Getaway!"

Another wonderful stay at one of our very favorite "home away from home!" spots. The hotel is beautiful, rooms nicely appointed, updated and clean , beautiful outdoor space with the pool area, and of course the included AMAZING breakfast! But what sets this resort hotel apart is the WONDERFUL STAFF!! From our sweet house keeping staff Judy and Annette, to the front desk staff extraordinaire Miss Linda, Jenny, Doug, Delores and Jody, to the restaurant hostess Enkeleda and server Beth, to Karen serving drinks in the bar, Leslie making lattes at the lobby coffee spot and of course Drew, the manager who really cares (and it shows with his energetic friendly staff!!) this hotel has definitely become a welcoming lovely getaway. They certainly know how to take good care of their guests!! We can't wait to go back! Have a beautiful Thanksgiving folks!

"Poor customer service"

I have always had a good experience at this resort until my check in yesterday. The reservation manager tyneshisa was unbelievably rude and not accommodating in anyway. She has no business working with people. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced

"Great Location but Surprisingly Lacking Architecture"

The business meeting was held in one of the meeting rooms. The chairs were uncomfortable. No water was provided for the speakers or tables. Parking for handicapped people was a distance away from the entrance. Staff were unfamiliar with our venue and the exterior Ethel building was dated. For such a fancy area, this place needs an upgrade.

"Rude staff"

So disappointed. Most of the staff I have encountered are so rude. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping. I am an inconvenience to them and I can’t get out of this place fast enough. No genuine hello or how can I help you, as though they have a chip on their shoulder. This is not your typical Hilton property.

"Not the cleanest"

It wasn’t clean. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. If there had been a vacuum in the room, I would have vacuumed myself. It was not a good experience. The room we had was very small. A lot smaller than what we have experienced in other Embassy Suites. Disappointing
