We have been going to Kingston Resort for years with our family. Our girls grew up here. Now our grandchildren enjoy coming and staying. This is truly a family atmosphere! I can’t say enough about how this place that captures your heart from the beautiful new pool area that’s heated year round, and waterslides and the Black Drum restaurant to the state of the art fitness center and spa. Everyone that works at the hotels and the restaurants take their job very seriously and love what they do and it shows! I love attending group classes at the fitness center and the children enjoy the indoor pool. Everyone that works at the resort loves what they do and it shows! Daniel Zanfardino is the Fitness center manager. Him and his staff go above and beyond to take care of owners and guests! He is always personable and ready to help! The Spa is truly a magical and beautifully designed space and honestly it’s hard to leave. During season, The Christmas Village is a must for family fun. Santa, hot chocolate, treats, stations for cookie making, and ornaments, and a snow machine! It’s loved by all. If you have thought about visiting Kingston Resorts don’t hesitate.

My name is Sam Davis. I am a home owner in Kingston Plantation. My wife and I spend approximately 4 months a year at Kingston. When we are there, we like to use the fitness center. Both of our experiences have been nothing less than superb. The center is clean, comfortable and has a variety of equipment, classes, and other amenities that we love to utilize. BUT, the best part of our experience there is with the staff. The manager, Daniel Zanfardino, and all of his staff are absolutely outstanding at their jobs. They make it a point to go out of their way to be helpful and to make the patrons feel comfortable and important. Unfortunately those traits are missing in many establishments. They are obviously present at 78 Fitness, thanks to Daniel, Don, Tom and Janice. I can't express how much their assistance and their kindness has meant to us. Please pass along our appreciation to all of them for an exemplary job.

I always have a great experience at 78 Fitness. Mr. Don Gore is a fantastic supervisor of the facility. He works very hard to make sure the club is well-maintained, and the staff are courteous and helpful to the patrons. Don Gore has high standards for running an efficient and excellent operation. He is an excellent listener and communicator. If people have suggestions about how to improve services Don is always the first to listen and work to make improvements each and every day. I also enjoy his positive attitude and feeling of optimism that he projects to the members and his teammates! First class!

This is my Marine Corps Fraternal Organization's 3rd year to stay at this beautiful resort. I was the group coordinator all 3 times. We had 89 people attend this year, most from Mar 11th to 15th. Our stay, once again was spectacular! Everyone on the team was available and eager to assist at any time! I don't think we could find a better Hospiality Room than the Night Watch! It served us all well with space, ocean view and comfort! The Amalfi Restaurant accomodated the 6 officers and spouses Wednesday night with a delicious meal and privacy. Excellent! Both Thursday night buffet and plated Banquet meal on Saturday were supurb! It always amazes me that they can keep the food hot to the table for 89 people!! Chicken was so tender and delicious as was everything else. Said is the best Captain! He has remembered us since 2024 our first. He ensured food and Night Watch had what we needed while being so kind, personable and professional!  Silvia once again had the Ballroom set up and immediately asked if we needed anything to let her know and was available! Brianna and Kaitlynn were equally impressive, always asking if we needed anything and being right on it when we did, even when it was us causing the issue! Jackie, the Sr Sales Manager and Sara the Event Manager, made the planning process thru the entire time of the reunion smooth, comfortable and made us feel like we were their only guests! A skill that not many possess! Sara and crew either came to see us or messaged me daily, especially between shifts! The thing that resonates with me, is most of the employees I spoke with throughout the weekend, praised the company and most had been there many years! A few left and came back! An absolute must place to have a special event! Sits right on the beach and connected by board walk to many other Hilton hotels and activities.
