The hotel is just off I-drive, across the road from Whole Foods, Wendys next door, and has a 7/11 petrol station by it too. Walmart is a 20min walk or 8min drive away. The car park is close to the entrance saves walking ages to the front desk. There are available luggage trolleys if needed. In comparison to a number of hotels in Orlando, this is small but it more than makes up for it. Free breakfast and kickback buffet daily with free coffee, and popcorn throughout the day. Great views of I-drive. The staff are more than friendly and greet you everytime they see you throughout the hotel. There is available laundry facilities on the 7th floor around $9 inc tumble dryer and takes 1hr 1/2 in total per load...and its a big load. The breakfast is the same daily, with cereals, bagels, hot foods, yoghurts and waffles to name a few, and Kickback has different dinners such as pasta, jacket potatos, pulled pork sliders, meatballs, salads, nachos, salsa. There is a small gym, pools & jacuzzi, a mini shop. Also you can buy Universal tickets in the hotel, and a bus is available direct or you could drive within 8min to universal. We would happily consider staying at this hotel again it has been a pleasure.

By far the best of the chain hotels and we have stayed a them all. Sound proof and spotless rooms as is the entire facility. 830 at night 1 staffer was outside the front door sweeping, another cleaning the popcorn machine and another one sweeping the dining are. Never see that much working staff at any hotel. And so friendly, every employee..

Just a heads up experience with this hotel. I was booking a stay to allow us an extra day in Orlando after a planned MSC cruise. A popup ad showed a really great rate on Priceline. So I clicked on it. Looked good, so put in the date I needed in January 2026 and proceeded to book it. Then when the conformation arrived later it had changed the date to December 2025. I called the hotel and the front desk said it was done by a third party so I needed to contact them. So I contacted Priceline. Explained what happen was out of my control. I stayed on hold for about 5-6 minutes while transaction was reviewed and she came back said they had reviewed it and Priceline would canceled it. Even sent me an email showing the cancelation. Later it showed up on the CC statement and I challenged It capital one canceled the charge but the hotel contested it and I got charged after all. I even explained to corporate Drury and they maintained the charge would stay. My wife and I love Drury hotels and stay there whenever possible, but this has changed my outlook on the chain.

I arrived on around 7 pm on a Saturday night. The place was very busy. The room is spacious. I can see the busy highway and Icon from the window. Appreciated the good wi-fi and the hot shower. There is a huge TV with the popular cable channels. Breakfast includes fruits (oranges, apples and bananas), biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, scrambled and boiled eggs. The evening snacks include grilled chicken and pasta one night and pulled pork and buns the next. There are soup, salad and popcorn every day. Their dessert is $5 from 5pm to 7pm. I recommended the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. There are shuttle buses to Epic Universe and the other two Universal parks. The Epic bus is different than the bus for the other parks so make sure to ask for Epic when you book the shuttle if you need to go there. The hotel is clean and very busy. There are many good restaurants 2 two grocery stores within a short walking distance. I also walked to Icon park to take a bus to Kennedy Space Center.
