Hotel -unfortunately like many doubletrees is in desperate need of investment -once Hilton bought them -they seem to be forgotten Dated lobby Filthy stained carpet in hall to room on upgraded floor Room appears to be original decor from 90s Most restaurants closed -seems permanently Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am during week with the only option of Starbucks Croissant OJ coffee and banana was 25 dollars Parking is 30 per might Good things here were friendly lady at check in and the lobby bar serves decent sushi Won’t be back

Doubletree MOTEL by Hilton has dark, dingy, rundown rooms with a weird smell. Staff is lazy and unhelpful. Here's room 653 where you get a jackhammer motor driven ventilation on one side and you get to enjoy wonderful freeway noise on the other side - goodbye sleep 😂 To give credit to their unhelpful staff, they did take an hour to downgrade me to a quieter room with zero privacy. This is how Hilton "Honors" treats its "Diamond" members 🤮 But a saving grace for this wonder-by-the-freeway is their "fitness center" .. a sad room with broken down equipment that can accommodate maybe about 10 people (in a place with 500+ rooms 🤣). And oh.. the coffeemaker was busted and the WiFi broke down during my stay. I rarely do that "one-star review on yelp" thing but they 'earned' it. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Marriott.

Hilton clearly isn’t what it used to be. This hotel was in need of a complete renovation, from top to bottom…very dingy and dated. $30 a night for parking is a rip off. The restaurant food was hit or miss, mostly miss. Getting a bartender to take your food order at the bar was nearly impossible.

We always book Hilton because we are Diamond members. First time having a terrible experience. Marguerite at the desk just looked at me when I walked up to the check in. I asked could I check in and she acted like I disturbed her from something on her computer. She made it very difficult to check-in by not allowing me to check in because my husband and business partner made the reservation; she would not accept the payment my husband made from his card on file because he was not there. When I came back after lunch (giving my husband time to call and sort it bout), I stood waiting to be helped and she made us stand there and it wasn’t until her colleague said “we will be right with you” did she acknowledge us. We were the only family in line! This irritated me. We got an email before arrival that we would be upgraded. I mentioned that to her and she said she had one for us but did not upgrade us. Gave us a very basic room which was below Hilton standards, in my experience. I don’t know if this was a bad day for Marguerite but the only thing she did kindly was offer to give us more bottles of water. The hotel is in dire need of updating, very old carpet, no modern amenities in rooms (little frig with no freezer), elevators are far away. Splintered wood and missing paint on headboard. I kept checking my $500+ ‘bait and switch’ receipt (I was unfortunately charged more than what was quoted by the Hilton phone rep) to make sure it was still a Hilton. I’m so disappointed. Corporate needs to know how this hotel treats Diamond members that have spent money here for decades.
