"Caring Staff."

Booked a reservation through Expedia for 2 nights (Dec 10- Dec 12) at this hotel. Price was very good and it's located in the middle of everywhere so location was key. I was checked in by Dan and he was just charismatic, welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Hotel was clean, room was good and working. They do have a gym that's open 24 hours. Breakfast that open which I didn't try. I only had one bad experience here during dinner. When I was checking out I voiced out my concern to Dan he was very apologetic and he talk to his supervisor Cherry and they were able to help me remove a charge out of my receipt. Love that they didn't argue they just listened as I voice my concern and treated me correctly.

"Treated like second class citizen at a second class hotel"

Stayed here one night for the Dallas 2025 marathon. Check in time is 3pm but they said no room was available. Waited in the lobby, went back up to the desk several times, no room. Mind you, during this time they were giving rooms to many other guests (20+). Finally got a room at 4pm but the key card did not open the door so had to go back down to the lobby where they gave me a different room. The room I finally got had a television that did not work (it turned on to the hotel menu but would not play live TV channels.) It seemed only 1 or 2 of the 4 elevators were in service. They would not accept the primary credit card. They seemed to think it was prepaid or debit card. No, it's a normal credit card with a $20,000 credit limit. Oh, and the Wi-Fi didn't work either.

My first encounter wasn't so great due to the room I was assigned wasn't up to par. When I went back to the front desk I interacted with the front desk agent who was very personable and provided me with a new room. I believe the people working at the front was Dawn and Ashton. They were very apologetic and change my room with no issues at all.

I honestly don’t know how this hotel is still operating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a disaster. Our room wasn’t even ready at check-in, and when we finally got access to it, we walked into a room that was clearly not cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty, the room felt unprepared, and it was obvious no one had bothered to check it before giving us the key. We immediately asked the hotel staff to fix the situation, and they did absolutely nothing to compensate or help. No apology, no alternative room, no urgency — just indifference. We asked for room service after realizing how filthy the room was, left for a while, and came back expecting it to be taken care of. Nothing had been done. Not one thing. It was still just as dirty as when we left. This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering staying at the Crowne Plaza Dallas, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the disappointment, and the money. There are plenty of other hotels in Dallas that actually care about cleanliness, service, and their guests. This place clearly doesn’t.
