My stay started off a bit rocky. During check-in, there was some confusion with the front desk associate. It definitely wasn’t the smoothest first impression. Thankfully, the experience completely turned around the following day. A manager named Miguel was at the front desk and took the time to genuinely listen to my situation. He was kind, professional, and reassuring. He also let me know that Zach had already taken care of adjusting my stay appropriately. Miguel didn’t hesitate to help finalize everything and made sure my folio was correct. His attitude and willingness to assist made a huge difference and restored my confidence in the hotel’s service. Thank you to Miguel and Zach for the accommodations!

Our basketball team needed to find a hotel to accommodate all of us and our traveling needs. The hotel manager was responsive via phone with our reservations and we worked on a banquet dinner as well.

This hotel was very accommodating for our needs. We had a big group for our team and the staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Fire pit was great for evening gatherings for drinks.

We were a large group of athletes and parents, and stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, all the details were ironed out with the manager early and she made everything flow so smoothly. The price we got was also fantastic and worked well within our school budget, and made it easy for our families to also join. Great value for the money. The rooms were great, all the staff were amazing and with that large of a group, something is always bound to go wrong but honestly, nothing did. We arrived happy and left happy. Thank you for making our stay amazing and easy. We’re worried but Magen and her team made everything easy. The cleanliness, services and amenities were all wonderful. If we have to be down here again, we will definitely come back and would recommend the hotel to others. Last but not least, the atmosphere was wonderful, still decorated for the holidays so made it feel warm and cozy, we had plenty of space to gather as a team for meetings to watch game film, or for parents to relax and enjoy the heat from the fire place and fire pit. Thanks you and Happy New Year
