"Great stay at the Carlsbad Marriott"

I had a great stay at Courtyard Marriott Carlsbad. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, and the rooms were quiet and spacious, which I really appreciated. I especially want to give a shout-out to Abdias for going above and beyond during my stay. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything I needed was taken care of. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again—great service makes all the difference, and this location delivers.

Great Location! The location is perfect if you are going to LEGOLAND. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The receptionist, Zak is amazing with his recommendations. I'm surprised that despite its close proximity to the airport, it was not noisy at all. Parking was abundant, but they do charge like every other hotel nowadays. The resto was okay, it was pricey but accessible and easy. The staff were really friendly. This will be my Legoland got to hotel now.

"Nice Vibe, Nice Location"

We were happily greeted at the front desk by Abdias. We were able to get early check in which allowed us to take advantage of the grounds. The room was spotless with new carpeting, new furniture, and a very comfortable bed. The black out drapes made the room so dark we could not tell whether it was night or day- it was great. HVAC was very quiet and very efficient. Nice selection of channels on big screen LG Tv including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We stayed at this property after completing our business in downtown San Diego to save us about 30 minutes of travel time back to Los Angeles. Property has a nice vacation feel and is within 2 miles of great restaurants and outlet malls. Would not hesitate to stay here again

"Good Stay"

My stay started off a bit rocky. During check-in, there was some confusion with the front desk associate. It definitely wasn’t the smoothest first impression. Thankfully, the experience completely turned around the following day. A manager named Miguel was at the front desk and took the time to genuinely listen to my situation. He was kind, professional, and reassuring. He also let me know that Zach had already taken care of adjusting my stay appropriately. Miguel didn’t hesitate to help finalize everything and made sure my folio was correct. His attitude and willingness to assist made a huge difference and restored my confidence in the hotel’s service. Thank you to Miguel and Zach for the accommodations!

"Sports Teams Haven"

Our basketball team needed to find a hotel to accommodate all of us and our traveling needs. The hotel manager was responsive via phone with our reservations and we worked on a banquet dinner as well.
