Room was clean upon checkin. Room service was every other day. The carpet was never vacuumed on the days of service. Breakfast is not free as is at other Greensburg Hotels. They charge 4 dollars a day doe parking. Why I do not know the other hotels in the area do not. They have no security guard in the parking lot at night. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed in many Courtyards while traveling and this one is average at best compared to others.

We just stayed here for one night for a tournament in the area so I can't give a thorough review because I feel we didn't stay long enough to assess the whole hotel. First, the hotel is nice and is in a great location right by a lot of stores and restaurants. Really clean common areas. The front desk agent was very friendly. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, etc. My husband and I traveled alone and neither had complaints about the bed or bedding. Could hear some traffic noise in our room and occasionally could here noise in the hallway. We did visit the pool/hot tub area. The hot tub was a little cold for a hot tub but we still did use it. We did not use the pool because the splashes from the unruly kids in the pool let us know it was too cold for us. Pool area was fully stocked with plenty of towels. Area was also clean. Bottom line, this was a nice stay for a decent price. Would consider staying again if we were in the area again.

"Not worth the price~ I feel robbed."

First of all, the desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Other than that, the price for the hotel, I should have read the reviews first. My friend stayed here years ago, boy has it changed! It was so over priced for what we got. Where was the Bistro? Not even coffee in the lounge? I had to then pay for any kind of breakfast. The hot tub was very dirty and that is what I wanted the most and the cold pool. I have paid less for other hotels and received better amenities and pretty much the same stay, if not better.

"Unacceptable Service and Facilities"

The check-in process was extremely frustrating. Upon arrival, the agent asked for my reservation number without even a basic greeting. Typically, they would at least say hello and ask for the last name. The room I was initially assigned had a malfunctioning AC, and when I requested to switch rooms, the agent was unhelpful, claiming they were sold out and simply shrugged off my request. Despite the parking lot being nearly empty when I arrived in the early evening, I eventually managed to move to another room. The next day, while showering, I noticed the shower curtain liner was disgustingly filthy, coated with layers of scum, scale, and soap residue, along with several suspicious black marks that resembled mold or worse. Adding to the discomfort, the shower was also clogged, forcing me to endure a dirty bathtub. The washcloths provided were as thin as toilet paper and urgently need replacement. To compound matters, my car was vandalized in the parking lot. Someone stole the cap from my driver's side mirror. There was a complete lack of greetings at this hotel, no recognition of Marriott's guest status despite my Gold membership. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water upon check-in, let alone any room upgrades or perks. I actively avoid staying at this location due to consistently miserable experiences. Unfortunately, the nearby Hampton Inn where I typically stay was fully booked. I strongly recommend management stay at the Hampton Inn themselves to understand what quality service and a clean hotel truly look like.

"Great Hotel"

My family of 3 of stayed at this hotel several times over the last two years when we travel out this way to visit family. It’s always a great experience. The pool is always in great shape and we spend a lot of time down there. The rooms are always clean and comfy and it’s a good location. For our most resent stay, we stayed the night before Easter and woke up to an Easter egg hunt in the lobby set up by the front desk. My daughter was so excited! They even made she sure she found some good eggs too. I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels and have never seen this much effort but the front desk staff. Thanks for a great stay!
