"Pleasant Stay for a week"

These negative customers are so dramatic. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need, standard hotel gym, pool, hot tub & laundry. All staff was pleasant. Shout out to the women at the cafe especially Jessnia? (I think that was her name), she was very friendly and made a great turkey sandwich. The front desk lady was also very pleasant, I can’t remember her name but she was working the morning of April 19th 2026. Parking is easy and it’s near many restaurants like Outback, Chilis and Dunkin and is near the highway.

Check in with Tim was great. Nice upgrade to suite as a Titanium member. Room was a bit dated and lighting could have been better. Closet door needs repair, shower had visible holes in the wall. The Titanium food credit is $10 per guest, but they would not honor that as they said it was per room and they were not obligated to follow Marriott rules as a franchisee. The market offerings were slim as a whole refrigerator case was empty.

"Wedding & After Party Success!"

We had the pleasure of working with the Courtyard for our wedding weekend. From serving all of our guests during the busy wedding season, to making sure our wedding suite was prepared--everything went off without any issues. The team was responsive and communicative during the entire planning process. Additionally, we did our after party in the lobby, which was perfectly set up and ready for us when our buses arrived with all our guests. We highly recommend working with the Courtyard team should you have a big event that needs the utmost attention!

Overall 1 star rating. Rooms not cleaned daily. I had to put my garbage in hallway, had to go to lobby to get paper cups for coffee. Shower no hot water some mornings, in need of a reno. Could not open windows as screens were broken. Room smelled damp and musty. Definitely would not recommend nor ever come back.

Unfortunately this Marriott property is run down and in desperate need of a facelift. We spent two nights in a suite for a family member’s wedding and were very underwhelmed. Besides being run down its dirty. The staff is pleasant Would not choose this again.
