Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the hotel was so clean, everything was neatly prepared, the people that work here are so easy to talk to. Me and my family also enjoyed eating at the restaurant the food was delicious. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

recently stayed at the hotel while attending a meeting at Century Plaza. Due to time constraints, I was running late and asked the valet to hold my car as I needed to leave immediately. Upon arrival at the front desk, I was assisted by Diego. After briefly explaining my situation, he promptly checked me in—within 20 seconds—offered to hold my luggage at the desk, and handed me a bottle of water to take with me. His efficiency and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. When I returned to the valet, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had not been moved, which allowed me to head straight to my meeting without delay. Afterward, I stopped by the front desk to collect my suitcase and was informed that it had already been placed in my room. When I arrived at my room, not only was my suitcase there, but I also found a thoughtful note from Diego along with a beer. It was a simple gesture, but it truly made my day. Thank you for the outstanding service and for going above and beyond.

I was here on a business trip and they never came to clean my room. I arrived Sunday by Tuesday room was never cleaned. Front desk was apologetic but that doesn’t help when the next day which was Wednesday room still wasn’t clean. There was only one elevator and someone threw up all over the elevator that wasn’t cleaned properly. Management apologized and comped me a night of stay but I didn’t need a comp I needed a cleaned room. The rooms are outdated. The view I had was a building with windows so I was never able to open my blinds. I am a Marriott girl so this was so unfortunate. If you’re 6ft tall you will not like the showers.
