We had booked this hotel because they advertised that the rooms were new. We flew from Miami to Phoenix and then to Flagstaff. We then drove 2 hours to Page at night and it was not easy. We were exhausted when we got to the hotel. They gave us a room on the third floor. The gentleman at the desk mentioned that there may be some debris down the hallway because they were some rooms still being renovated but that no renovations were being done that evening. We went up the escalator with a worker and when we reached the third floor we were in a construction zone. They were drilling and hammering and the worker said they would be working through the night. We wouldn’t even be able to bring our luggage down the hallway because of the debris. When we came downstairs and voiced our complaints to the gentleman behind the desk, we were told that there was nothing he can do. There were no other rooms and he could not give us our money back. That he needed that we would need to speak to a manager. However, there was no manager on site. After much raising of my voice and arguing, he finally reversed our charges. We then had to look for another room.

Drove to Page, AZ from Monument Valley. We booked a one night stay w/King Bed Suite - Non Smoking. Our plan was to tour Upper Antelope Canyon the following morning. The hotel’s location was 5-10 minutes from our tour’s meeting place. Our room was large and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was included and had many warm and cold options. The reception staff were helpful and very nice.

We booked our stay over the phone because I couldn't get the app to work, user error I guess. Asked for a street side room, they gave us the other side so we went down and asked for a street side and they ended up giving us the crappy view on the very end . I have pictures, after being rude to my husband and saying "You booked with a third party" it's not our fault. This is the only room they had. And we stayed from Monday to Friday. And others came in l later in the week and were put in street side rooms.
