Country Cascades Waterpark Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort offers non-smoking guest accommodations and the NEW Cascades Waterpark.

Not to mention Splashaway Bay, the beached entry leisure pool, the outdoor pool and sunning deck, and the convenience of the Snack Shack—when it comes to fun, Country Cascades Waterpark Resort has you covered. (Note: the waterpark is open mid-March through September.)

Along with full use and access to the outdoor waterpark, Country Cascades offers all interior corridors, and fitness facilities.. The breakfast buffet features scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and many more items for a fee. Also be sure to ask the front desk about discounts at some local restaurants and wineries. (Free breakfast will no longer be available beginning January 2, 2023.)

Country Cascades is centrally located, just half a mile from The Island and across the road from the Comedy Barn.

Good to Know Before You Go
Per resort policies, the resort cannot rent a non-handicap room when a handicap room is required or requested.

The minimum height required to use the slides is 42 inches.
The maximum weight to use the slides is 250 pounds.

Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in, with a matching, valid, photo ID.

The resort allows only 1 car per reservation.

Country Cascades is preparing some exciting new enhancements at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort, and guests visiting the resort over the next several months will likely see some construction underway. Since its grand opening, this project has been the single most significant investment in Country Cascades Waterpark Resort. While the refurbishment and expansion are underway, the resort is making every effort to ensure the construction being done does not affect the experience for its current resort guests. There may be incremental noise during scheduled work from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Note: Beginning January 2, 2023, breakfast is no longer available. Upon completion of the resort expansion, breakfast at cost will be available Spring of 2023.

Resort Policies:
Modification Policy – In order for a reservation to be modified it must be recalculated to current rates and promotions. A reservation cannot be modified once the reservation has been checked-in.
Early Departure Policy – Whenever a guest creates an “under stay” they forfeit one night as an early departure fee.
Late Check-Out Policy – Guests who do not check-out by the established check-out time will incur a $50 per hour late check-out fee. Guests that do not check-out by Noon will be charged an additional night at the current rate.
Early Check-In – Check-in Prior to 4PM is $50 and is not guaranteed, a limited number of guaranteed noon check-ins may be available at a cost of $150. Guests may pre-register and begin using the amenities at noon on the day of arrival without an early check-in at no additional costs and return to the front desk after 4PM to complete check-in. Please note all members of your party will need to return to the lobby at the same time during the check-in process to get activate their wristbands if you do a pre-registration for amenity use.
Cashless (M-6) – Country Cascades will no longer accept cash as a method of payment.
Pre-Authorization (M-6) – Upon check-in, a $100 hold per day, up to a maximum of $300, will be placed on your debit or credit card to cover incidentals during your stay.
Room Amenities – Coffee makers, microwaves, and in-room phones will no longer be available in Country Tower & Summit Tower.
