I absolutely love this hotel we messed up and booked the wrong one to start with and because I'm one of the choice member we got it all worked out and we ended up staying at the comfort inn fort Mills and this is the best hotel around Carowinds I love this boy it's always clean the management is wonderful and they go out of their way to make sure everything that you need everything that you ask for is right there readily available and they're there to take care of you I appreciate these people very much and really enjoy staying at their establishment is you're looking for a place to stay definitely deal with these people because you will have an awesome experience. And it's literally right outside Carowinds so you don't have to go anywhere everything's right there at your fingertips it's a wonderful place filled with wonderful people and great breakfast make sure if you have to stay around Carowinds this is the place you choose!!! It's worth it beyond value!!!!

I have stayed there several times and have had good experiences. This time wasn’t bad but the AC unit made a horrible noise and it made it hard to sleep. Got stuffy in the room because I had to turn it up.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn At The Park by Carowinds, and it was a far superior experience compared to my previous stay at Quality Inn At The Park. From check-in to check-out, everything at Comfort Inn exceeded expectations. The customer service stood out—every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, the whirlpool was spotless, the AC worked great, and there were no unpleasant odors. Everything in the suite was exactly as advertised. While there was a small issue with the TV in the sitting area being stuck on one screen (universal remote didn't have input option,) the front desk promptly offered a room switch, which I appreciated even though I chose to stay put. Breakfast had a decent selection, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt safe, clean, and well-managed—everything that was missing from my experience at Quality Inn the weekend prior. I’ll definitely be choosing Comfort Inn again and recommending it to others.
