Nothing was wrong... Everything was good. The event space I attend was nice. The next day breakfast was great. The exercise room was small but we were the only ones in there so it was okay. But they should have another treadmill. Pool was closed but I understand the time of year.

Roaches in the hotel, they claimed they were going to send someone up to spray and no one ever showed up. Toilet clogged in the middle of the night and it took them 45 minutes to agree to give me a plunger and towels to fix and clean it since they don’t have maintenance, and we asked for clean sheets for the next day and 6 hours later still no clean sheets. Went do the front desk to speak to the supervisor and the front desk person decided to jump in and start yelling so when I got loud back they told me to leave the hotel and told us they were giving a refund and now they won’t give us one. Literally worst hotel ever stayed at, only nice thing about it is Carowinds is walking distance.

Staff is really nice. They have a great breakfast in the morning. Room rooms are very nice. My overall stay here has been really great. There’s only one downside to discomfort in here. On Avenue of the Carolinas is the Wi-Fi in this facility is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Just the right amount of amenities for tired travelers! Plenty of hot water and the shea butter soap was a pleasant surprise! Continental breakfast featured waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as cereal and oatmeal. Nice stay.
