"Great business hotel"

This is a typical NY no-frills hotel. It's perfect for a business trip. The rooms are small but perfectly sufficient and furnished nicely. The front desk staff is top notch and super helpful. Coffee and tea are provided and there's a nice lounge lobby area where you can quietly work or sit and talk with coworkers. I stay here almost every time I am in NYC on business. The location is perfect - walkable to Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and even Central Park if you're up for a little walk.

"Perfect for seeing a show"

The location was perfect for a Broadway show. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It was even surprisingly roomy for Manhattan. I only wish we'd had time to read in the comfortable living area on the first floor. We would go back.

"Great Stay at Club Quarters Times Square!"

We had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters Times Square. The location is fantastic—super central and only about a 10-minute walk from Grand Central. We took the train from JFK to Jamaica Station and then hopped on the LIRR straight to Grand Central, which made getting into the city incredibly easy. Manager Kelly was amazing—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the bedding was genuinely great. You can definitely tell they renovated this year; everything felt fresh and modern. It was also super quiet, which is rare for this area. For the weekend after Thanksgiving, the price was beyond reasonable—such a great value for a busy holiday weekend in NYC. They also provided shower amenities and lotion, which was a nice touch and made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for a stress-free, convenient stay in NYC!

The room was small, but it was fine for my husband and I. My only complaint was that my shower was cold- after a long day of traveling, it was a bummer. We did have to turn on “white noise” on our phone to sleep, but it’s NYC so we didn’t expect the streets to be quiet! Overall good experience!
