On select days of the week, a scheduled shuttle service also picks up and drops off guests to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel offering easy access to Disney Springs, Orlando Premium Outlets, and many restaurants nearby.

The 640 non-smoking guest rooms at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vistaoffer comfort and convenience with their modern amenities. All Semi-Suite® guest rooms feature two double Simmons Beautyrest® Pillow Top beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer, and an electronic safe large enough to accommodate a laptop computer. The property also provides free WiFi and cable television with pay-per-view in-room movies.

Be sure to visit the children's splash park (Ozzie's Splash Zone), two large swimming pools, video arcade, children's playground, and many dining options - Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant, Comfort Zone Bar & Grille, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant provides buffet-style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 5 years of age.

Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed and must have current vaccinations with proof available upon request. Guestroom accounts are charged a nonrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. We had a great stay at the Rosen Inn. It was in a great location and the beds were really comfortable. My only suggestion would be bigger bath towels as the ones they provided were too small. We hardly spent anytime at the hotel as we were busy out at the parks. Very good value for money. We had a hire car and so didn't need to use the shuttles. We asked for a quiet room in advance facing away from the highway and were given a quiet room.

I'll start with the positives. The location is great, its close to the parks and was really easy to get ubers there and back and is reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and there's a lovely decking area where you can chill out after a long day. However that's where it ends im afraid. We stayed in the old block 3000 and it was gross. Mold on the walls and floors, cockroachs running around. Although the beds are comfy and the shower works it hardly makes up for the rest. Bed was changed once a week and new towels were delivered regularly. During our stay people were smoking weed in there rooms and on the balcony's. When a few people went to complain they said that there was nothing they could do. Food wise the main buffet restraunt, avoid! It really isn't worth the money! Under cooked meatballs and a really poor selection of food. If you're looking for a buffet, save your money and go golden corral instead. The snack bar in the hotel was ok food wise but the cocktails and drinks were not good at all. So stick to the basics in there. All in all, its ok for a budget hotel if you don't mind mold and cockroaches but for the same price you can stay in the holiday inn in lake buena vista which in my view is a better budget hotel.

This is a hotel that I have stayed at multiple times in the past few years. I have chosen it due to its location and proximity close to many of the things I do or like to do when I visit Orlando it’s very close to Disney Springs it’s very central too many restaurants and just a great location for me. To my surprise on this trip, I was confronted with some extra fees that had never been there before. This hotel now charges $10 a day for parking which to me is absurd as they have a huge area for cars and it’s not like it’s a limited amount of spaces. There are many other hotels just a few feet away that offer free parking. This will now be the direction I will take moving forward. That was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel and no longer.
