Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is located less than two miles from Walt Disney World and offers scheduled shuttle service to Disney World, Universal Resort Orlando, and SeaWorld at no extra cost. On select days of the week, a scheduled shuttle service also picks up and drops off guests to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel offering easy access to Disney Springs, Orlando Premium Outlets, and many restaurants nearby.

The 640 non-smoking guest rooms at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vistaoffer comfort and convenience with their modern amenities. All Semi-Suite® guest rooms feature two double Simmons Beautyrest® Pillow Top beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer, and an electronic safe large enough to accommodate a laptop computer. The property also provides free WiFi and cable television with pay-per-view in-room movies.

Be sure to visit the children's splash park (Ozzie's Splash Zone), two large swimming pools, video arcade, children's playground, and many dining options - Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant, Comfort Zone Bar & Grille, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant provides buffet-style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 5 years of age.

If I can give this hotel zero stars I would. The rooms are aged. The carpets are stained. It is loud no matter what room you are in. Kids running down the catwalk, screaming. There was a dog in the next room, yes they allow dogs but this one would not stop barking. The lobby has a store, it looked like a bizarre, just tacky. The base of the hotel room door had a 1 inch opening, just was concerned what might join us. The staff is OK, nothing personable. The location is ok but the traffic light by 535, you can sit there for 20-25 minutes so your convenient location is not so convenient. Lastly, the pool is an area they highlight, it is generic, my kids were expecting something different from the pictures. They leave you little hotel soaps, shampoos, etc…. Nice gesture but everything is mixed brands, like it is all leftovers, just appears cheap. When you pay $75 for a room, expect exactly what you pay for.

Rosen Inn At Lake Buena Vista is absolutely the most worry-free hotel in the world. Well, MY world anyways. The ease of making a reservation by simply calling them direct is incomparable. Being centrally located to everything makes visiting everywhere a breeze. From pristine landscaping to crystal clear pool water to multiple waterfountains that allow rainbows to hover in sunlight, all worries tend to fade into the abyss when you choose to relax at Rosen Inn At Lake Buena Vista.

I've stayed here before and reviewed here before. It's still that same excellent place with the same excellent staff, clean & comfortable rooms, and great amenities. I could see some cosmetic updates since the last time I visited. I did not take advantage of the on-site amenities, like the restaurants, store, arcade, or park shuttle. I did use one of their two fantastic pools and I did sit on the cabana for bit - a nice way to relax between visits to DisneyWorld. Note: it's still the best value with the best service in the area, but they DO charge $10 per day for parking now.

Location and price are what makes this place ok. Paid a tad under 400.00 for 4 nights. Parking was additional 40. Found a deal that gave us free breakfast buffets. The pool was ok, nothing special. The room was comfy, dark. The showers had good pressure, the toilet barely would flush. Thankful I brought wipes with me. Beds were comfy, pillows way too small. AC was loud and barely kept up. Outside looked great, security was good. Price sold me so I had more to spend at Disney.

Just returned from our 3rd stay here & I have to say I felt the standards have slipped slightly since Mr Rosens passing. Our room was only cleaned a few times in the two weeks we were there. When we arrived there was no armchair & the sliding doors to the kitchen area were stuck. In fairness after asking twice they did bring the chair & rectify the doors. The next day one of the lamps stopped working! We had a very dingy room with a huge tree outside & you could barely see daylight which made it feel a tad depressing. We also found tiny ants in the beds ( I know this happens in tropical areas) which with regular cleaning would help with that. On the plus side the grounds were as immaculate as always & the staff in the restaurant especially Jill & Shannon were super friendly & helpful. One thing I wish the Rosen Hotels would address is the lack of any gluten free foods. There was barely anything in the hotel my husband ( being celiac) could safely eat. A separate toaster just for gluten free bread use would be incredibly appreciated im sure by many guests. Also in the bar there was no food at all he could eat so we had to go elsewhere to find food. Even the shop had nothing safe for him not even a snack. We love this hotel for its friendliness & location but really feel the rooms especially need updating/brightening. We really hope to return again one day as we truly love the hotel but sadly only if some if these issues can be looked at.
