Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is located less than two miles from Walt Disney World and offers scheduled shuttle service to Disney World, Universal Resort Orlando, and SeaWorld at no extra cost. On select days of the week, a scheduled shuttle service also picks up and drops off guests to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel offering easy access to Disney Springs, Orlando Premium Outlets, and many restaurants nearby.

The 640 non-smoking guest rooms at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vistaoffer comfort and convenience with their modern amenities. All Semi-Suite® guest rooms feature two double Simmons Beautyrest® Pillow Top beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer, and an electronic safe large enough to accommodate a laptop computer. The property also provides free WiFi and cable television with pay-per-view in-room movies.

Be sure to visit the children's splash park (Ozzie's Splash Zone), two large swimming pools, video arcade, children's playground, and many dining options - Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant, Comfort Zone Bar & Grille, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant provides buffet-style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 5 years of age.

Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed and must have current vaccinations with proof available upon request. Guestroom accounts are charged a nonrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. "We love this place!!"

We have been staying here for 10+ years and yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying the price for it either! The wi-fi is good, the room clean, beds are comfy and sheets clean. The pool is great with ample clean towels. The breakfast buffet is great for the price and I must say JILL OSBORNE is an absolute delightful lady with a smile every day and nothing is too much for her!! For what you pay this place is centralised to everywhere and for a great price!! We always return. See you all next year!! James

"Fantastic first time stay in Florida!"

I just wanted to share a few words about our recent stay at the wonderful Rosen Inn. We returned a few days ago after spending two fantastic weeks there—two adults and our 11‑year‑old, visiting Florida for the very first time. We had the most amazing holiday, and the Rosen Inn proved to be the perfect base for all the parks. Every member of staff we met was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. However, I’d like to give a special mention to the wonderful Jill. Every morning she went out of her way to ask about our plans, offer genuinely helpful advice, and make us feel very welcome. She was so warm and attentive, even remembering our drinks order each day. My son, who can be quite shy, spoke about Jill often and was really touched by the impression she made on him—which is a big deal for him. She is truly a credit to the company and provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had, both in the States and back home in England. That really says something. Thank you, Rosen Inn LBV, for an unforgettable holiday. We will certainly be back.

"I really enjoyed my stay"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was great and had everything we needed (except maybe a kettle but we are tea drinkers) the staff were funny and friendly and always helpful and willing to chat. The local wildlife was lovely to see and the area was always clean and green. You could walk to local small shops and restaurants if you like to walk but need a car if you wanted supermarkets or Outlets or particular sorts of restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with the situation of the hotel and would go again. We booked our stay with Virgin Atlantic and as usual was not disappointed.

Lovely place and a great location. Clean rooms with very comfy bed. Our room was car park facing and very quiet. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Big shout out to two Lovely ladies who made us feel right at home. Shannon and Jill were just amazing.A good around value for money place. Will definitely be back.
