"Never again!"

2 days of asthma attacks from the chemical smells and woke up to horrid rashes from sheets. Dead fleas in between the sheets but I don’t know if they came from the floor from our feet. Floor had so much debris turned our socks dark. We thought the room had been fumigated recently because of the chemical smell. We’re thinking they didn’t even change the sheets after fumigation! Checking out early since we can’t sleep due to itching, safety concerns, noise from freeway, kids screaming and jumping upstairs. Horrid room ruined the two day break we were both desperate for. I was told since we used Priceline our room choice can only be in the unsafe back section. We were so scared of bringing something home from that room we bought trash bags and quadruple bagged everything before putting anything in the car.

The stay was very comforting. I was late checking in but Debbie checked us in and walked us to our room helped us set the thermostat for some heat and showed us how to work the TV. Nice balcony with a sliding glass door. Really nice will stay again and definitely recommend.

"A Wonderful Experience Especially for Families"

There was a wedding party that had gotten married at the hotel. And because of the tranquil property full of lush greenery and trees it was an amazing experience. Restaurants on all sides of the hotel and a short jaunt to the beach. The rooms are very large and big screen TVs with sliding glass doors to the outside pool or gazebo. Thank you Jillian for such a quick and easy check in. Super highly recommend!!!!

"Dirty bedding"

I booked this room for two days, as I planned a trip to Legoland ith my two boys which was conveniently close by. We drove 2 and a half hours away and the front desk said the room was ready early and cleaned prior to our arrival. This was good news as my two boys were tired and needed a good night sleep. Upon entering the room, I noticed the floor was dirty so I decided to pull back the bed sheets and noticed they were dirty and some sort of debris on them. Disgusted by this, I immediately informed the front desk. They sent a housekeeper with new sheets and blankets. I also had them replace the mattress cover and pillows. The housekeeping gal moped the floors as well. This was frustrating as we had to wait until this was completed and my kids were tired and hungry. Once housekeeping was done we left to get dinner. Upon checking out, I informed the day shift manager of the issue regarding the dirty bedding. He said he would notify the general manager and he also provided me with the general managers contact information. I emailed the general manager a Mr. Ramirez twice and no response. It has been over a week and no response. It's too bad as it's a great location with a heated pool which was fun. However I feel my concerns are not important enough for the general manager to contact me.
