My cousin and I came here for a week for a girls trip. Had a ball.. wanna give a huge thanks a shout out to Mike, Sony, Ciara and Dee for outstanding customer service. A extremely especially exceptional enormous appreciation to Sony and Mike for helping us get set up comfortably in our room Monday night. We’ve definitely saved this hotel as a favorite and will be back ☺️.

The Canopy Hilton Philadelphia is my favorite hotel, hands down. From the thoughtfully designed rooms to the ode-to-hip-hop décor, every detail feels intentional and stylish. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Philadelphia’s top attractions. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are personable, attentive, and always ready to help. I love the filter water machines on each floor. The on-site restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, making dining in a real treat. And did I mention the décor? It’s amazing—creative, vibrant, and memorable. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating this space. An all-around fantastic stay that blends comfort, culture, and convenience.

I loved my stay at the Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, safe, and easy. The service was excellent... friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location couldn’t be better, with so much within walking distance. My room was comfortable and well-designed, but the only downside was the bathroom. It had a sliding door that offered little privacy and you could see right in, which felt a bit awkward. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

House keeping is atrocious. We left the room around 9:00 AM and came back around 2:00 PM. Room was not cleaned. Called and someone came up later and handed us new towels. The next day, again, we came back @ around 2:00 PM - room not cleaned again... Weird thing is that someone came in the room and left 2 towels but again, did not pick up the old towels nor trash. Also, we ended up having no hot water and took a cold shower. Called the front desk to get fixed. Did not get fixed until we left the room after a cold shower
