"Grounds were over grown and weeds everywhere in rock areas! You had walk single file between bushes!"

Over all hotel cleanliness was fair The sheets and mattress pads on both beds were stretched out and didn't stay in place when sleeping. We had to remake beds each morning from scratch! Room carpet between beds was sticky

The hotel itself is fairly small. It needs a remodel, it feels dingy and the carpets are worn. But the suite itself is nice, comfortable and clean (fyi there's even a dvd player). The bed is sooo comfortable, although when we turned off the AC, the bedroom fan stayed on and is alittle noisy. The big kitchen and bath are nice and the large table is a plus. I'm surprised theres only one attendant but found out she goes above and beyond with what we requested. She searched the halls for the luggage cart which is why she wasnt at the front desk when for check-in. Bianca is the sweetest attendant, theyre lucky to have her, but they should at least have a Be Right Back sign when they need to use the loo or run errands for guests. Their lunch/dinner online menu from 1030am-930pm is enormous and the elaborate customizations are impressive but can get pricey. There's a small in-house snack shop though free breakfast is not included. They also have a rare feature of games and books available, and theres a jacuzzi/pool. If youre not searching for upscale lodging its a comfy stay and the suite is much nicer than the Extended Stay hotel i've been at.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed. Mary, at the front desk, is wonderful, a warmly patient smile with any and all customer bobbles. (not reading clearly written signs and missing that the paper to be completed was clearly highlighted at the key sections) Dog friendly and very clean. Place is a little run down. Room bathroom door pretty messy at the base, and the suite room bedroom was a little small, with the desk and chair not easily accessible. There is no breakfast dining area, but there is a pool and gym and washer/dryer facilities. Room kitchen facilities, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove top, dishes, table top for dining, etc. were great as was the suite sitting area. Even with some of the cons, would stay again.

Nice little hotel for me. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was SUPER comfortable. Each room has a kitchen area if you plan to cook. There is a small gym and washers and dryers are available. Servers restaurants are near by. Call and Wood and tap are a must try.

The pool, with accompanying hot tub, was the best part about this hotel. The room was clean, and had everything you would expect. Kudos to the friendly person who checked us in and patiently answered all our questions. The only comment I have is that the comforter was a bit slippery and I felt like I was struggling in the night to keep it on the bed. Would definitely stay again.
