"Great location and value"

Clean rooms and great location. The building shows its age but excellent service and amenities for a reasonable price make up for that. Food at the restaurant was great. The valets (Sam, Drake, Quin) were super helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

"Great location but not up to "Beverly Hills" standard"

This is in a great location, safe and close to Beverly Hills food and shopping. However, this hotel needs some work. Our room was decently clean and up to date, minus a few scratches here and there on walls and furniture. The main problem was that our hallway smelled like wet dog and/or dog urine. Bad! We had to hold our breath when we walked from our room to the elevator every single time for the length of our stay. I told the front desk but I can't believe that anything was done because the smell was strong and awful the whole 5 days we were there. Honestly, the hall carpet should be ripped up - there were tears in the carpet plus the horrible smell. Thankfully, the smell did not permeate into our room or we would have left. Also, there is no "scene" in the hotel - no activity at the bar. Sometimes we had a friendly doorman, sometimes we didn't. As I said, the location is great, but wow does this hotel need some work to make it fit in Beverly Hills.

Great service. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was well appointed and clean. They had an event the evening we stayed and did a great job of managing the event so that it did not feel extra crowded. Everyone was very communicative and kind. Would stay here again.

Great hotel to stay at! The pool was def a plus as the service was 10/10. Poolside bar knows how to care for their residents and Eddie is such a personable bartender! Amazing conversation and made the stay 11/10. The views we got from our room was breathtaking

"This is not a 4 or 5 star property. 2 stars for the location and friendly staff."
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

Certainly not a 4 or 5 star property. The location is good but it is like an apartment building with no entrance and lacks basic amnesties in the room like refrigerator or coffee machine. Staff are friendly and room service is good. Bathroom and basin water clogged and toilet seat broken. Parking is exorbitant at 77$ per night.
