This hotel by far is the best I’ve stayed at in LA. The staff, particularly Jared, went above and beyond as soon as we step foot on the property! Our bags were taken are of, doors opened, warm greetings, and just exceptional professionalism from everyone! They treated us as A list celebrities! The rooms were spectacular! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! The patio was a very nice bonus with beautiful views! The bathroom is star class and it actually has a TRUE rain shower!!! This will be where I stay each time I come to LA!

We stayed here for three nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly. Furniture looks new. Room is clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator, minibar, or coffee machine in the room. However, they do have free Lavazza coffee in the morning near the front desk. I like that all the rooms have balconies with a cafe table, comfortable chairs, and nice views. The restaurant on the 12th floor has chandeliers and beautiful views. The food there is not spectacular, but OK. This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, so there is no lobby. Street parking is free on Sundays. The valet parking attendants are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Our visit started with wonderful, welcoming front desk personnel; next up, our assigned room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and most of all, equipped with a very comfortable bed, that afforded me the most restful sleep in a while. The Cameo's location is convenient to everything we wanted to go to/see (LACMA, Farmers' Market, favorite restaurants...so, all good on that front. Great value. we'd go there again.

Had no idea this property was under renovation when I booked it. There is no lobby, no dining, no gym, nothing. There is active construction going on while you are walking to your room. Furniture is sitting outside, furniture has plastic on it. I tried calling Hilton to complain and I was told I cannot do that until I check out. What a rip off. They should have kept this place closed until it was done. Very poor decision making by Hilton.

Had an incredible stay at this property! The room seemed freshly renovated and the staff have been top notch. We had dinner at the restaurant and the view was almost as good as the food. Eddie was our waiter and he truly made the experience and had us excited to come back!
