"Not Happy at Cesars palace"

When you purchase a room through a 3rd party at Cesars Palace you are treated as a 3rd class citizen. You do not get the same perks as booking direct through the Hotel. It is very expensive to stay here no free coffee in the rooms they nickel and dime you on additional Resort fees and taxes. A bottle of Water cost 9.00 Food runs 20-130.00 a plate. Rooms are outdated with lighting and electrical.

"Nobu Tower no more!"

Nobu Tower is always the best, this time not so much. Shower leaked through the wall causing water on the carpet and our belongings. I was told there were no queen beds in the Nobu to switch us to. They installed a fan which made the room smell like mold. We are now home and sick from the smell. Not sure I'd stay at Caesar's again.

"Never again"

Could be my worst Las Vegas hotel experience. Room was big but was obviously halfway cleaned. A wet towel left on the bathtub no shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the container that is permanently attached to the wall and only found out once I was already wet in the shower. Called front desk to ask for shampoo and conditioner and they were rude on phone saying “have you called housekeeping ?” No apologies or sorry just a rude tone. Then I walk out of room to my conference and come back to my room not made, and just a bag left by the door with extra towels and a bag full of shampoo and conditioner. This is truly a motel 6 service for a 500 per night room is an appalling! As I was checking out there was no “how was your stay” just a blank stare and even I asked what the a certain line items charge was the man gave me a blank stare and literally sighed so then I brought up “by the way my room was never made nor was there any shampoos or toiletries when I arrived and the room has dirty towels…he literally rolled his eyes…never will stay there again!

"Poor experience"

I was very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, my room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was very noticeable and made the room uncomfortable. I contacted the front desk to request a room change. Unfortunately, I was told—rather abruptly—that there were no other rooms available. The only solution offered was to spray some deodorizer in the room. The room does have a window system that allows a small amount of ventilation, which I used, but that did not fully resolve the issue. I understand that hotels can be full, but I expected a more helpful response and better handling of the situation. No apologies and nothing to offer. Also I called the supervisor to aler that the room besides smelled as if someone was smoking and tlhe said there was nothing to do and did not even go up to the floor! The only nice people there were the people that cleaned the room. They did their best. The Front Desk was dissapointing.
