I travel regularly for business. This is a great hotel! The bar and restaurant make a huge difference. Food is great, but the service is over the top. Mike (bartender) and Malik (server) created a great experience and I am looking forward to coming back.

Grace was an absolute pleasure in the breakfast buffet downstairs. She was super nice and helpful and an absolute joy in the morning. As an elite member, the lounge didn’t have breakfast. She explained to me how I can get a voucher and how I can enjoy my breakfast. She was very efficient and got me everything I needed and overall just had great customer service

Most discussing hotel of all time. Room is so dirty. Makeup everywhere. No shower pressure. You can fall off a ledge in room. We had a horrific experience the pretty view they gave was of the back of windows from other buildings it makes me want to vomit

The service is impeccable. I had a Young lady: “Jennifer” who waited on me hand and foot. She was so kind and professional, made me feel like a king here at my convention. Every day - for 2 days, she was here to greet me and to serve me my meals and snacks and was just so polite and respectful. I must say I have been here before and while I travel all over the world..THIS BOCA RATON MARRIOTT IS BY FAR THE BEST MARRIOTT I HAVE EVER STAYED WITH..I look forward to coming back HERE!
