TV didn't work all week. Notified the front desk each morning, and young female said she would have engineer go up and look at it. Came back at dinner time each night and TV still not working. Engineer came up on Thursday night and verified TV issue, but was unable to fix it. On Tuesday and Wednesday the digital screen in lobby announced that there would be a free tasting session on Wednesday from 4-6. I showed up around 5:15 on Wednesday and was told the kitchen was slammed and they were going to move the tasting to Thursday. (The manager did give me a card for a free drink. I asked for a Chardonnay, and she poured the end of a bottle, which tasted flat/stale. May have been there a few days. I took one sip and left it there). On Thursday I didn't get back to the hotel until 6:10 so I missed the actual tasting. Later Thursday I went to the M Club around 7:50 PM to get a dessert and the place was empty and cleaned. I asked at the front desk what happened and weren't sure, but they offered to go get me something. I've stayed here a number of times, and it's usually good. I'm a Lifetime Titanium Rewards Member, and was very disappointed in this stay. I'm usually in town every 4-6 weeks and would like this to be my go to place, but this is tough. I tried to email the person who responds on Tripadvisor, but the email came back undeliverable. No contact info available for the leadership group, so I guessed the email address and was wrong.

If you are here on weekends, Barry.at front desk is a true professional and will handle your every need with his knowledge about this Marriott. Grace at the Sonrisa restaurant was great...she remembered our breakfast order from the previous day and was obviously an experienced wait staff. She offered us a great smile, laughed at our jokes and we look forward to seeing her again tomorrow for breakfast. The hotel has been recently updated and it shows. The convenience of the .multiple restaurants and shops right outside the hotel are a huge convenience. Have fun coming here!
