We stayed at the marriot Beverly Hills and Armando took the best care of us! We quickly learned my name, had my car waiting for me and had fresh cold waters for our travels. He was so personable and thoughtful . We stored him! Five stars for Armando!

Nice vibe and hospitality culture. M Club staff was great and its a nice set up. Just too busy. Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member and NUAs came through so we had a nice room upgrade. If you are into Loyalty they recognize it well. You can tell the staff is well trained. Everyone was helpful and upbeat. Lots of smiles and hellos. The Lobby is fun and very comfortable. Its inviting from the moment you enter. The location is excellent. Its easy to grab an Uber or Waymo from the Lobby to anywhere. We liked the pool a lot. Service outside was lacking but its still a bit off season. Food was not amazing in the restaurant but it was ok. We had a couple minor issues and the hotel dealt with them extremely well.

*High Points: location on Beverly *Low Points: minimalist M lounge with broken coffee machine during my stay; no alcohol in M lounge; minimal vegetarian options on any menu onsite; room needed two engineering visits for burned out lightbulbs bedside, next to tv, and bathroom; windows aren't double-glazed so highway noise really gets up to the upper floors; no robes or slippers, minimal hanger/closet space just like Moxy approach; only Body Lotion in bathroom as amenity--no other comfort items; minimal plug space; Executive Suite has no desk!; minimal plugs and charging outlets in rooms *Unique Points: M lounge easy access on Lobby level; Alexia as Front Office Manager super kind and willing too make workarounds for the lack of normal Marriott items; Kevin at Front Desk offered drink vouchers
