The hotel is clean with a cozy yet rational atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and silent. The location is very convenient for reaching every zone in LA. The value is solid and the service is kind, quick and sharp. The swimming pool is a great amenity. Carlos and Albert were especially kind in helping us with clear instructions and speaking with an excellent pronunciation, very comfortable for non-native speakers like us. Dearly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Sunset Plaza Hotel, and I absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Nikki, who was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were beautifully remodeled, spotless, and really comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! 🥰❤️🍷

Stayed for 2 nights and overall this is a solid hotel that offers good value for money. The location is excellent and the pool area is beautiful - a nice place to relax, although the towels are quite worn and could do with being replaced. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had some annoying steps to carry luggage up and down to get to it. The room itself was large and had clearly been recently refreshed. The bed was comfortable, softer than I’d usually go for, but I still slept well. The only downside was the lack of any real view, and the door let in a bit of light which might bother lighter sleepers. A nice touch was having a microwave and a good-sized fridge in the room, which made things a bit more convenient during the stay. One small disappointment was that Expedia advertised a free bottle of wine, which we didn’t receive. Breakfast was below average, fine if you just want a quick pastry, but nothing to get excited about. Parking is secure and easy, but at $35 per night it does feel quite expensive. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, it’s a good option and I’d still consider staying again.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made a huge difference.
