"Very disappointed with this hotel"

It was clean and the room was good size. However in my 3 night stay housekeeping never went into the room, never replaced towels I used and put on the floor, never made the bed, and never emptied the trash. The breakfast was minimal and tasteless. I have stayed in a Best Western Plus before, there breakfast was much better. I had to get up on my last day at 5 am to get to the airport and scheduled a wake up call. I got the call at 4 am and of course was not able to get back to sleep. Overall poor management was obvious.
