The room was perfectly clean. I walked around in white socks and they barely got any dirt in them. My floors at home aren't that clean. Front desk worked hard to rearrange things so I could have a ground room floor. Getting old is rough enough without stairs. :) great staff!

I can't rave enough about this place. I'll be honest: the biggest draws were location as we drove upstate, as well as the rate. But when I saw NO CHARGE for our two little dogs, I couldn't believe it. WHO DOES THAT? Well, Kat and her staff do. We felt welcome from the first moment. Our sleep was wonderful - excellent mattress - with a bathroom that was immense and well-equipped, a coffee maker that was Keurig and not some insipid coffee-bag drip thing, and a microwave. We could NOT have been happier and only wish we could come back to Santa Maria for another stay on our way back home for the last time, to Canada. Thank you, Best Western Big America. Your hospitality was second-to-none. (And breakfast was super, too!)

This was my second stay at this location and I will stay there again. It isn't in the best area and there are a lot of construction workers that stay there, which as a solo female traveler, can be a bit scary. I have not had any issues though, but I am very aware of my surroundings. It seems like there are several business travelers that stay there regularly and were greeted with friendly banter from the staff. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is convenient and free, so can't complain about it really. I will bring my own coffee for the Kurug next time though. I did not use the pool, but it looked clean when I passed by.

Great hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Love their breakfast: always fresh and many choices. The breakfast area is clean and big. Definitely recommend! Thank you for the superb service. I’m absolutely coming back.

the staff here are the best from the breakfast girls, front desk, and housekeeping too shout out to Daniel! its a pet friendly hotel and they are here to make your stay a good one! this hotel is close to restaurants and grocery stores also. this is a favorite hotel for me while visiting family in the area
