My husband and I have stayed at this Best Western several times. We love it! It's always clean and neat, the front desk staff is always helpful and knowledgable and the amenities are great. It's our go-to when we are in North Myrtle OR Myrtle Beach. I'm positive we will be back either this fall or next spring.

We had not rented any place in 20 years but decided to after we sold our place. I came across Best Western and we decided to try it and boy are we glad we did. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Tiki Bar was nice. Great views of the beach. Great full breakfast every morning.

Well, I've not been in too many hotels where our room is in one building, and the office/breakfast, etc., is in another building, and most of the parking is across the street. There was only one elevator going up to our room, and for some reason, the elevator ALWAYS stops on the 2nd floor before continuing. We probably spent nearly as much time waiting for the elevator, or riding in it, as we did on the beach! Our room was just okay - nothing to write home about, at approx. $175 a night. It was a place to sleep at night after a day on the beach. The pool was good, the Tiki Bar seemed okay, and they did have an outdoor shower station. Myrtle Beach is groomed every morning, so you really don't find much for shells or sharks teeth any more. Those days are gone. On our first day, a nice man gave us his (rented) umbrella and chairs spot, because he was done for the day. We hadn't been there too long when the Public Beach Attendant came and notified us that the umbrella and chairs are NOT TRANSFERRABLE from one person to another, and she gave us a really good scolding. We told her that we'd never been there before, and she let us stay, although she was clearly upset by our actions. We spent two days there, and the next day, we paid our dues for the umbrella and chairs. It would be nice if you could just rent a spot for 1/2 day for 1/2 the price! The balcony of our room was a great spot to take in an Atlantic sunrise, which we did on the last day, and although the hotel didn't meet our expectations, the sunrise was a nice after-dinner mint. We won't stay here again!
