Great stay. Great breakfast. Clean. I don’t like outside door rooms but parking right outside the door in a safe place was awesome. Friendly breakfast staff that served us was from Jamaica and we had fun with her.

Very noisy but a good location. They had a great breakfast. There were LOTS of rooms here. It is just an old hotel that was renovated, kind of. Nice staff. A server gives you the eggs and sausage. Very germ free!!

Here’s the good, bad and ugly. Like many establishments up and down the strip in Branson, this is a motel - not a hotel. All rooms open to the great outdoors. The staff was courteous, the rooms clean, breakfast was average and the pools were wet. The location is the western end of the strip, so a longer drive to the Landing but still close to many of the theatres. Don’t sleep on using Gretna Road to bypass the 76 strip traffic especially when heading to the Branson Landing or back to Hwy 65. ‘Heroes’ restaurant shares the same parking lot and had standard bar food. The most disappointing part of this motel stay was the room smell. The fan coil unit used for air conditioning contains mold. Some people use the words ‘musty’ or ‘mildew’ to describe the smell but the truth is - mold. There’s no way that the owners, managers, maintenance, or custodial staff could mistake this serious problem. I can only assume they just choose to ignore it. Mold abatement and regular cleaning of the mini-splits is the only cure. My experience has been that if you find this problem in one room, you’ll find it in many rooms.

Updated rooms since our last stay. Check in area and dining area is always clean and well kept. The people at the front desk and the breakfast area are always welcoming. Lots of traffic, BUT perfect if seeing any show at Clay Cooper Theatre. We were able to walk to the 2pm show we were seeing.
