"Aria resort Crystal Bar, lobby area and food court."

Aria is an MGM property. While staying at The Bellagio, we used the covered walkway to visit Aria. The food court is amazing with a huge selection. The Crystal Bar covers 3 floors and is beautiful. Bottom line: The MGM properties are connected by covered walkways and the free Aria Tram that connects the MGM properties.

"A Shame"

We have been coming to the Aria for several years for our business convention with BMW North America. We had recently been told that this would be our last year in Vegas, the convention was being moved to Nashville. When I checked in, there was some difficulty because I was not listed on the reservation and my husband had not yet arrived. This had been an issue the prior year, so I stepped aside and proceeded to check in on line. I had a brief question about the app and asked the closest reservation clerk. As he was answering my question the young lady that had originally told me I couldn’t check in unless I was on the reservation, yelled out down the counter, interrupting her guest, that I was not on the reservation and could not check in. It was very embarrassing and did not have anything to do with what I had asked the young man about. Fortunately he ignored her and answered my question. I was able to check in on line and get into my room. I was quite surprised at the room view. We had always gotten a higher number floor, this room was on the 3rd floor. But we paid the same price and are looking at a wall, dirty roof and an old forgotten ladder. Both my husband and I noticed disrepair and extreme ware everywhere throughout the hotel. Our room had an issue with the lights, drapes and TV working. Everything is set up to run by computer and our lights wouldn’t turn on, drapes wouldn’t open and the TV would not turn off. It took three calls to get maintenance to our room, and it was the second day of our stay before they showed up. They were able to fix most things, but opening and closing the drapes has been sperattic. Talking to others in our group I learned that several had issues with the room electrical. At first I thought that the hotel was unhappy about BMW not returning, but I think it’s more than that. Overall the staff has been outstanding, Javier’s is still amazing. But we are both very sad to see what had always been a wonderful five star hotel in such a disappointing state. Vegas has really priced themselves out of the market. Where we and friends would often come here for a fun two to three day get away, we now only come for business. With the table limits so high and the slots no longer loose, we no longer gamble either. We can afford to do these things, it’s just no fun anymore spending $20 a hand vs $2 or $5. Without the convention I may never be back, what a shame. First time I was here I was 18. I stayed at the old MGM (before the fire). It was amazing. I would live dome of old Las Vegas again.

"Aria -Outstanding Hotel and Casino! They allow dogs!"

Outstanding Hotel and Casino. Be sure to ask for the strip view. Easy check in and out. We were pretty luck and three of us put $100 each into a hi limit slot machine and won $55,000 with a double Major jackpot. It was fun! We loved the pool and also they allow dogs in this hotel, and our Golden Retriever. We ate at Lemongrass Restaurant and the food was great and service wonderful. Our group plan to return to this hotel for sure.

"My favorite resort and Casino in Las Vegas strip!!"

A recent three-day weekend getaway to Las Vegas turned into an incredibly memorable experience thanks to our stay at ARIA Resort & Casino. Traveling with my son and daughter-in-law for a relaxing family break, we chose ARIA because of its reputation as a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star property and because it offers a more refined and manageable atmosphere compared with many of the massive casinos along the Las Vegas Strip. One of the things we appreciate most about ARIA is its thoughtful layout. Unlike some resorts where it can feel like you’re walking miles just to get from one restaurant to another, ARIA feels elegant, efficient, and comfortable to navigate. Everything is accessible while still maintaining the luxury and energy that Las Vegas is known for. Our stay became even more special when our room was upgraded to a suite at the ARIA Sky Suites. The Sky Suites offer a completely elevated experience, including a private entrance and a more exclusive atmosphere that immediately makes the stay feel more relaxed and personalized. It truly enhanced the entire weekend. Dining was one of the highlights of our stay. Our first evening we celebrated a birthday dinner for my grandniece and enjoyed a wonderful meal at Lemongrass, ARIA’s Thai restaurant, which delivered delicious food in a warm and lively setting perfect for a family celebration. The following evening we dined at Carbone, an exceptional Michelin-recognized Italian restaurant known for its classic dishes and elegant atmosphere. Both dining experiences were outstanding. Another highlight of the trip was spending time at ARIA Spa. As someone who spent more than 20 years in the spa industry, I tend to be very discerning about spa experiences. ARIA Spa exceeded expectations. The facilities are beautifully designed, serene, and thoughtfully curated, making it one of the most impressive spa experiences I have had. The rest of the weekend was spent simply relaxing, enjoying the resort, and spending quality time together. Between the excellent dining options, the luxurious accommodations, the incredible spa, and even a bit of time on the casino floor, ARIA truly offers everything needed for a perfect short getaway. This visit reaffirmed why ARIA remains my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. Even my son and daughter-in-law said they would happily return again and again. For anyone looking for a luxurious yet comfortable Las Vegas experience, ARIA Resort & Casino delivers beautifully.

"Not a great experience"

What a disappointment from the start. Front desk staff can't even smile. We waited long for the check-in process. We had to ask someone how to get to our rooms as it was not explained. On entering the room we found that someone must have just showered and the basins were filthy, really very dirty full of hair. Our phone did not work to get housekeeping. I had to go down all the way to the front desk. They did not like what I had to say. Then I had to go there for a second time and was told I just have to wait. This was 00h50 and we were very tired, but at least wanted a clean basins to use to brush our teeth. The glasses were also dirty. Not a great start which were supposed to be a nice experience. Room12-286. I will not recommend. Overpriced
