We booked the Tower Corner Suite for 2 nights, ate plenty of room service. My daughter got food poisoning/sick after after the chicken. This issue caused us to have to stay 1 additional night. We couldn't stay in the same room type, so I purchase two standard rooms. The front desk said they would bring the keys for the new room and help move luggage to the new room. Somehow their wires got crossed, and someone lied on me saying I told them I am not going to leave the room -as I am waiting for new room keys. Sydney Cervantes the manager treated us very badly. Security Noel and Jacob also. Lamiousha Dixon treated us badly also. As I was carrying my sick 6 year old child out of the hotel because they evicted us, I was harassed and followed down the hotel driveway -I walked from the 23rd floor, through the lobby, carrying a sick child and through the exit of the actual hotel and security continued walking behind me threating to call the police and have me arrested because I stopped (outside of the hotel) to put on my daughter's shoes. This is the worst experiencing ive ever had. We were treated terribly. We stayed in room 23049.

Room assignment requests are not honored, requested a quiet room AWAY from the elevators, was assigned room adjacent elevators. Hotel sink fixtures are dated, when used the entire fixture turns making it difficult to use. Shower water flow is a trickle. Rooms are dark and need of a remodel. No coffee maker, they do not have coffee cups. Ipad and TV respond slowly, ordering room service FORCES a $10 delivery fee and an 18% gratuity and you are still expected to TIP the delivery person.

ARIA is a first class resort and casino. We go to Vegas twice a year and always stay at ARIA because of the many fine restaurants and their Tower Suites are very spacious and clean. Their housekeeping and the bell desk are very friendly and efficient. They have a nice VIP lounge that you can go in and relax and have a snack.

Our stay was horrible. We were scheduled to be changed rooms. The staff failed to communicate this and they sent security officers to our room to formally evict us despite us having a paid reservation. It all happened while our six-year-old daughter had a fever and was throwing up. Their staff are incredibly rude, rude, and unprofessional.

We have stayed for the first time in February 2025 and fell in love with the Hotel. So we went back in November 2025. The Hotel is very nice and has great slot machines which we like to play. The Mexican restaurant Javiers is first class food and very good. The food court has a variety of different food. We like Egg head for a breakfast sandwich that offers a gluten free bun for my wife. Temaki Bar has great sushi. The hotel has a high end mall Crystals if you are into shopping. The Hotel is close to other hotels like the Cosmopolitan. Jason Aldeans bar in grille is between Aria and Cosmo. Great live country bands playing on both levels. I think you will love it if you go and the rooms were very nice. I would recommend getting a MGM players card and using it while playing slots. You earn insane comps. I am not a high roller and this past trip I got 4 nights comped, $185 free play and $100 resort credit. So I just paid the daily resort fee. If your a high roller you will get the resort fee comped eventually after going and using the players card for your next trip. That is how I finally got to stay at the Aria because of the comps. I was staying at the Caesars hotels because of the comps they gave me before. But the MGM rewards seem to be way better. The rooms we stayed in were really nice and comfy with great showers and bathroom with great views. Enjoy..
