"Convenient location and friendly staff"

We stay at Aria often because you are able to book and confirm early check in and late check out(for a fee). It is also convenient for concerts and doesn’t feel as crowded as some other Vegas hotels. The staff is always friendly, which we appreciate, but check-in still can take a while even when you’ve already checked in ahead of time. This last stay, our Stay Well room was a bit of a letdown. The room was dustier than usual and the air filter didn’t seem to be on. When we noticed, we turned it on but it kind of defeated the purpose for the first night. We paid for late check out for both rooms we booked. One of our rooms was leaving a day earlier than the other and the housekeeper repeatedly knocked starting at 8am which is well before normal check out, which was odd. We had to call the front desk to remind them we had late check out and the housekeeper still knocked again. Overall, we keep coming back for the location and the ability to confirm early check in/late check out but there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Not a 5-star hotel"

When we walked into the Aria Resort Casino my wife and I were impressed with the ambience of the lobby and casino. With the exception of Housekeeping we were happy with the staff who were friendly, polite, and were willing to try to answer questions and our concerns. However, for a weeklong stay we had to beg to have our room cleaned...even after speaking to many in the hotel, Housekeeping directly, front desk agents as well as front desk managers. The responses we were given included: That there were problems with housekeeping, That there were not enough personnel to clean all rooms, That you needed to make an appointment to have your room cleaned, We were not on the list to have our room cleaned Front desk agents promised to have our room serviced a number of times...even given us times that this would occur, but it never did In an attempt to make up for this lack of service, we were given room credits. However, the credits did not make up for the anxiety of almost missing a dinner reservation we had made 1 evening as well as a show we had booked another evening. There was a period of 4 days that no one from housekeeping came to clean our room. During this time, we saw a number of staff from housekeeping on our floor several times and inquired as to whether or not they could clean our room...the answer was always the same "we were not on the list!" On the day before checking out I saw another member of the housekeeping staff a few doors from our room. My wife and I told her what had been going on and she called her supervisor to get permission to clean our room. For a 7night stay our room was cleaned 2 times without us having to ask! In our 56 years of marriage, my wife and I have been to Vegas a number of times and stayed in various hotels (the Bellagio, the Venetian, Wynn, Paris, and South Point) as well as many other hotels in and outside of the United States and have NEVER encountered such a problem! The old adage that one bad apple can spoil the barrel is apropos in this situation. For all of the good we encountered the situation with housekeeping turned what could have been a fabulous vacation into one we would rather forget. Unfortunately, we do not consider this to be a 5-star hotel. Stayed April 14-April 21, 2026, Room 3264

"Dirty Room & Electrical Issues"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed April 21, 2026 NEW
We arrived Sunday 4/19/26 The resort fees are per night per room & it’s $60 - so for 2 nights you pay an extra room rate. But I go into my room and I see crumbs on the floor, then I notice confetti coming out of the chair cushion. Go in the bathroom & see the bathtub doesn’t actually turn all the way off - but the worst was that I put my hand down on the bathroom vanity & it was on a discarded fake eyelashes. When I flag down housekeeping in the hall she tells me she doesn’t speak English & I have to call. Call housekeeping but I’m placed on hold for 15 minutes. I left a note for housekeeping pointing out the issues. They cleaned but the confetti remained. My co-worker found a hair scrunchie in his room with hair in it & a fake used press on nail. He found a 2nd nail the next day. Checked out on Tuesday 4/21 but now the hotel is experiencing major electrical issues - lights won’t turn on or off. TV stopped working, curtains are stuck open or closed. Used to really like this hotel, but unfortunately we will not return.
