My husband had a business conference in town so I went with him a few days early for a little getaway. I am basing my review as a tourist, he was there 3 days longer than I was and was in the ballrooms and convention area, which I was not exposed to. I am stating all of that to lay the foundation that we did not shop around for another location, we simply stayed where his conference was being held. Our room was mixed up upon arrival and we were given a double queen room instead of the King room with a view of the strip he initially booked. There seems to have been a mixup when he added a night to the stay. There were not rooms available and so we were in the double queen on the back side of the hotel the first night. The double queen room was comfortable and fine, but the location left us hearing deep bass constantly. After a long day of travel we tried to nap and I simply could not sleep due to the sound. We do not know if it was from a club, a mechanical room, or the other hotel right across the way, but it was very noticeable and unpleasant. If we were not being moved to another room the following day, we would have had to figure something else out because it was hard to rest in the room we were in. We were moved to a King room the next day, and it was silent with a great view. However, waking up the next morning, none of our lights or curtains would work. (Everything can be controlled with an iPad or switches on the wall, nothing worked.). I called to the front desk, and they said they would do a remote soft reboot and we should be back up and running soon, and we were. Just to note -- if this happens to you, call the front desk asap instead of trying to figure out on your own. They were able to get it rebooted in less than 10 minutes. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The linens are crisp, fresh, and sparkling clean. The resort certainly gives you a safe and comfortable feeling. It sits back from the strip just a bit, but everything is so easy to get to. A great location. Everything is fresh and clean and the area outside the hotel is well maintained as well. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. While we did have a few bumps -- wrong room type, noisy room, and technical issues with the controls in our room -- overall it was a nice stay. Understanding that they are hosting SO MANY people there, bumps are bound to occur. They were helpful and got things sorted out for us asap. This gets a hearty 4 rating -- but can't give a 5 due to the issues we encountered.

The casino and rooms were very clean. The table minimums were higher than I thought they would be during the week. I wish there was no smoking in the casino, at least not at the table games. Hard to enjoy yourself when someone is smoking right beside you. save would not open one night, this problem was handled quickly.

"Unsettling experience at the Aria Resort & Casino"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed May 19, 2025 NEW
I made a rather unsettling experience while staying at the Aria Resort & Casino recently: When I checked into the resort the gas tank of my car was nearly full. I even still got the receipt from the gas station to prove that claim! But, when I checked out the gas tank of my car was nearly empty. And I certainly didn't move my car in between! It might be, therefore, that someone comes to the resorts garage and steels gas from the parked vehicles there. Although I would contact the resort using two different emails addresses shortly after leaving the property, the resort's management obviously decided to largely ignore my concerns.

"I will definitely come back here."

Aria Hotel in Vegas is not unlike other upscale hotels on the Strip, but, everything worked very well and I failed to find anything about the hotel to complain about. Not Hotel 6 cheap, but there are more expensive places. Hotel self parking works perfectly with out human intervention. Your room key in he kiosk slot is all you need to leave and come back in. Cool. The room was spotless and sparkling, would look new but guests and housekeeping bangs the wood furniture chipping it up here and there, but everything else in the room looks new. The room controls like TV, Lighting, Drapes can all be controlled from a single central digital control pad. The shower/bath is first class. The bed is righteous. The pillows are down filled. The TV is a good size. Restaurants and bar areas abound. EZ to Navigate the hotel especially given its size. This will remain an option for when I come back to Vegas.
