The room was very clean. It is a newer hotel and has been well maintained. The reason I am giving a 2 out of 5 is because there was a very loud rattling noise, likely from the heater, around 3 a.m. that woke us up and did not stop. The location is central, but the hotel is next to a very loud street.

The hotel room was very new and clean, and the bedding was also nice. There are free shuttles to the theme parks. But the only thing that made me uncomfortable was this: since I was traveling with my child, I ordered snacks, milk, and a case of water from Whole Foods. I left a message asking Whole Foods to deliver to the hotel after 6 PM, but they delivered to the hotel front desk at 5:05 PM. Because my flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel about an hour later. When I checked in around 6 PM, the hotel told me they would charge me $40 as a storage fee. I found this really unreasonable, because my things were sitting right on the front desk—I could see them—and yet I was asked to pay, which felt like being robbed. They also demanded that I take my things away immediately. This gave me a very negative impression. If I had arrived earlier and needed to store my luggage, would they also charge me a fee? That policy makes no sense. My friend, who stayed at another nearby hotel, ordered the exact same items for her child. We were on the same flight and took the same taxi to the hotel, but her hotel did not charge her any fee at all.
